I hard time finding representation for my loved one but thankfully came accross Berberian Law Firm. From beginning to end, Richard and his team were compassionate, clear and professional. Richard was upfront on the possible outcomes and terms of the case. Him and his team were always responsive and kept us updated on the case; this took a huge load off us since we also had to deal with the trauma of the horrible incident that occurred. I couldn't be more pleased with Farris Ain and everything he did for me. I was hurt and in terrible pain when I first came in contact with Mr. Ain. From the beginning, my overall health was very important to him. He arranged for me to see a doctor who really made a difference. As the lawsuit progressed I was made to feel like I was their most important client. Every step of the way he made sure I understood what was going on and what was next. I reached out for help regarding medical and a social worker neglecting their job and I got really sick. Instead of just saying they did want to take the case, Roza, a legal assistant sent me a very long email in various upper case and and all caps sentences just letting me know things like: "PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR LAW FIRM DOES NOT REPRESENT YOU AND WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY LEGAL ACTION TO PROTECT ANY APPROACHING CASE DEADLINES" in bold and underlined. And about two more pages of that. I just responded that was a very intense email and you could have just said "we are going to pass". It was crazy. I am definitely glad they didn't take my case because I would never want to work with that legal assist or anyone who hired her.

I can't begin to convey how much trust and confidence I have in Berberian Ain LLP. My mother died because of the negligent behavior and attitudes of the people that were supposed to be helping her heal. California law supports the companies and not the patients or families and because of this I had two separate firms pretend to take on my case then ignore it for so long our time to file nearly ran out. Richard Berberian took our case and was honest, diligent, compassionate, knowledgeable and I could go on forever. He and his team helped my family get through this ordeal with dignity. This isn't easy. It didn't happen exactly how I wanted it to but Richard made certain we got the best possible outcome. It's so easy to become overwhelmed, emotional and irrational in this type of situation! Having a lawyer that you can actually trust and rely on will make all the difference in how your family moves forward. I hope I never have the need for this type of lawyer again but if I do I will always call Berberian Ain LLP. I would recommend them to family, friends and anyone that needs this type of help. Richard Berberian is the best of the best in elder abuse law. He is well informed, honest, informative, responsive, and professional, and he will fight for his clients' best interest. I forgot how I found him, but I am grateful that I did. Richard provided a great level of comfort to me and my family; a quality that every one should look for when hiring a lawyer.
I had spoken to several lawyers prior to finding Richard, and they either were unwilling to help or claimed our case was out of their scope. After hearing my story, Richard took my case, and the outcome has far exceeded anything I could have imagined. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone that seeks a lawyer in an elder abuse suit.
