The store offers a big variety of products, including specialty liquor and beer that can't be found elsewhere, along with cigars and some home products. The selection is described as pretty amazing. While some note the store could use more refrigerators for cold beer and that some items are pretty pricey, the prices are generally considered very reasonable. Customer service has improved tremendously, with staff noted as friendly, helpful, patient, and cheery, providing outstanding service. The store is card-only for alcohol purchases. Parking can be a hassle in some locations, but shopping in the morning is recommended for an easier visit.

They have a huge variety of wine and spirits. The customer service is great, the employees are very nice and helpful. Great prices, too! A big thank you to Alyse and Tony. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent service.
