I was in a hurry to meet my daughters at the movie theater nearby so I only rushed through Bloomingdales on my way but I will definitely be back!
Gorgeous, artistic displays, almost museum like, with beautiful jewelry and lighting,very glamourous in a lovely way!

Phone system is atrocious- tried to call in to see if my tux was ready and spent an hour trying to get a hold of someone and never did. For such an elevated department store, I would expect to be able to reach an associate on the phone. With the prices you charge, please invest in a phone system that actually works. Do better Bloomingdale’s.

I went to get a cologne and I ended up buying 2 one of them was a Jo Malone Oud and bergamot and H24 Hermes.
The lady has a great costumer service skills totally recommend if you in a search of a good cologne this is the place.???????
