I never really shop at this store but we stopped by on a whim, and Brandon was awesome! He informed us of the specials and was a great conversationalist. Very pleasant experience! When we stop by again, I hope we run into him.

Karina is amazing! She was very knowledgeable about all store merchandise and where to find things. She talked about sonic and pikmin and made my son’s experience wonderful! We will be back because of her! I hope management will extend my gratitude, she deserves it!

It had been a while since I actually found something I liked here, and today I found two shirts I wanted. Because of their boxy cut, I wanted to try them on before buying. No such luck – they apparently never reopened their fitting rooms after the pandemic. But hey, they did offer to let me change in the middle of the store! They lost the first sale they would’ve made from me in well over a year.

I stopped by this BoxLunch store inside Glendale Galleria Mall to look at their Dragonball figures. There was already a line here in the morning before the store open but I don't know what they were waiting for. When I walked inside the store once they open, an employee told me about the specials they were having. They have some nice backpacks, snacks, shirts, figures and etc here. I only saw 1 Dragonball figures so I think they sold out of it.

Great experience at this BoxLunch, they set aside what I wanted and I'm happy with my item. Allison the manager was very helpful and she has outstanding costumer service, thank you Allison ?? very nice and sweet person.

This has to be one of the best customer service experiences ever. This is a shout out to Nat (: she went out of her way to help me find the perfect Studio Ghibli merch! Absolutely amazing. Oh man I really kept thinking about if I wanted to post a review about this boxlunch but it had been booting me since I overhead what I'm assuming is the manager telling one of the employees to not let the customer know if they have rewards. That bothered me so much I just left. To now let the customer know that is pretty messed up. You guys always ask If you have any rewards because they won't tell you unless you ask and even then I'm skeptical if they'll tell you the truth because they're already trying to hide it from the shopper. I don't see myself shopping at boxunch anymore.

It is a good store, however it has been more than once that I request pick up orders and they have several areas of opportunity: 1) apparently they do not have control of their inventories which makes it take a long time to find the order being more 20 minutes of waiting 2) the product does not match the one purchased on two occasions they did not give me the correct necklace since the physical one was different from the page, 3) they go around searching for the product 4) I am surprised that even though it seems This store is more organized, more than a hottopic, they have this type of mishap that makes one despair. 5) My first order for a pickup was canceled a month ago due to lack of inventory and the product to date is physically in the store.

I recently picked up my order from this location and the employees were really rude. I'm usually not one to submit bad reviews but it honestly made me not want to go back to that store. There were 3 girls at the register and I went up and said hi, they looked me up and down and just continued chatting. I said again "hi, I'm here to pick up an online order." One of them scoffed and rolled her eyes and started chatting again with one of the other girls. The third girl finally, reluctantly, came over and helped me. She went to the back and got my order and forgot about me so I had to ask again. They ignored me again until I finally said loudly "can I please just get my order and leave?" It honestly just made me feel really uncomfortable and sad especially since I really like the products at this store.
