Overall, my experience with Bravo was very positive. They moved our stuff from a storage unit in Portland, OR to our new home in San Francisco. I got several quotes and Bravo's was the lowest. The whole scheduling process was easy (shout out to Jennifer!) and they showed up 1 day after the earliest delivery date. The driver, Daniel, was super friendly and the team worked fast to move our stuff into the garage.Overall is was a great experience, but there are a few things that could be improved:1. They accept debit for the initial deposit, but you have to pay the remaining balance via cash or postal money order when the truck arrives. They say you can pay via zelle, but it didn't work for me (their profile was flagged by zelle, so no transactions would go through). Not a huge deal, but I would recommend planning on cash / money order since zelle may not work.2. They asked me to write a google review after they were done moving and to fill it out with them watching. I get that reviews are important, but I felt pressured to leave a 5 star review and only say positive things. I edited this review after the fact to be 4 stars and include more detail, which more accurately reflects how I feel.3. Most of our items arrived in good condition, but there were a few broken items and the stuff looked pretty loose in the back of the truck (note: we packed everything ourselves). I would recommend packing your stuff with plenty of padding and assuming it will move around and tip over during the drive.

I relocated in December from California to Maine and waited 6 weeks for delivery of many many broken and missing items. Was informed that all items are fully insured prior to move, only to learn that "fully insured" =60cents/lb.Insurance claim takes typically 4 months to process this 60cents/lb.Don't waste your money or time folks!

Used bravo moving for a cross state move.Everything was great! Sharon was very friendly and helped me through the scheduling and prep.Vadim Ilya and Simon picked up all the stuff. They were super helpful and quick. Got everything done in under 2 hours and went above and beyond to make sure everything is wrapped and well packed. Padded everything with blankets and magically got it all to the truck.Pricing was fair and transparent. Great experience overall. Moving is hard and these guys made look easy.Just adding an edit.Jordy and Cesar came and unloaded everything at the destination. They were super punctual, kind and easy to work with. Thank you for all your hard work!

I would not recommend Bravo Moving for a large job. They will underbid everyone else by thousands, then fleece you upon signing a contract. They also don't have their own people. They hire locals at each end of the job, and in my case 2 of them were day laborers, who were so slow i could have done it myself. Of all the 5 people in my home packing me up, only one spoke English. I usually don't mind, but it was hard to communicate on things. My bid was for just under 10 grand for a 1500 sq foot house. 2 other bids we got were 15-17 grand. Ok, so we went for the less expensive option.. or did we? Once they arrived and started working, the guy who actually worked for Bravo, Klim, put a sticker on every tiny little thing. I didn't notice this, we were busy... but at the end I had 350 items ( boxes, appliances, lamp, furniture) and he justified the huge increase in costs by showing me all the stickers he had used, and they were all boxes. I can't argue with a list of stickers.... so we were kinda stuck. they forced us to leave behind huge items that were ON the original bid because they ran out of room because I had too many things, and my new bid was nearly 18 grand! it was a huge huge difference than my quote. And I didn't get to keep my upright freezer and 3 bookcases - which were all on the bid! So I was stumped as to how I had so so so so much more than the bid.. and when they delivered 10 days later, It became obvious where the scam was. The guy with the stickers was sticker happy. I had stickers on small items. if it was a box it got a sticker. I found a sticker on a monopoly game, a sticker on a deck of cards, a sticker on a small floor heater, and a sticker on a small box of stationery. So then all these small things get put into a big box, and the big box - you guessed it - gets a sticker. so of my 350 stickers... i actually had only around 150 items delivered. Their list was bogus. this is their way of forcing you to pay more. I went from 1279 sq foot bid to 2300 sq foot required for payment. but then for delivery, my 2300 sq foot fit in the middle of a semi within about 15 feet of space. 2 other deliveries were on either side of my stuff. How much room did I actually take up??? I don't care that I was sharing a semi with 2 other customers, what I care about is they insist they are more legit because they bill by sq feet instead of weight, but then they inflate the sq. feet by stickering every tiny little thing twice. I imagine a small home would be straight up different. but my home was a nightmare. I had to come up with an extra $8000 cash - oh and i had to pay 2 days before delivery or he wouldn't deliver. - made the excuse that he couldn't clear the check on a weekend. Check had to clear before he would hand over my items. Just... don't use this company for a big job. you will feel like you have been scammed and extorted. And yes, I had a huge amount of broken and damaged things. The movers at my original home ran out of paper for packing, so they just stopped using it. and just threw glassware into boxes with no paper or protective material. Image 1: ran out of paper, just threw everything in the box. image 2: same box, showing the broken glassware. image 3 - wardrobe box showing every box gets a sticker. every item in there had it's own sticker.

Iam here to write an honest review about the recent moving experience with Bravo moving Initially after providing detailed information about each item and its size. The initial estimate was for 500 sq cu ft, but the final estimate was 600 sq cu ft, resulting in a significant increase in cost. I felt misled, as the company asked if I had experience with moves and then used the cubic footage to justify a higher cost of extra 1000$ for a one bed room apartment for 4400$ after requesting and talking to the owner I was given a discount of 200$. Overall experience Iam never going to go with any movers in future and I will plan my move myself with self storage moving options with help of local movers.Pros:* All items were delivered with minimal to no damage.* Initial delivery date was met despite movers arriving earlier than expected, which was eventually resolved after talking to the owner as I provided the delivery date clearly in my paper work.* The drivers waited for an hour when the apartment was not ready to move in.Cons:* As a first-time long-distance mover with basic items 6-8 pieces of furniture 25 boxes, 4 suitcases I was unexpectedly charged $4200 which feels excessive, wasteful and ridiculous.* The drivers initially told me they will leave the stuff on the street as they can’t get the truck inside the apartment complex which was not true and finally after showing the way they got the truck insideTip for first time movers: Moving can be a mess and managing everything can be challenging if you are doing it alone so be thoughful and throw away the stuff you dont need or sell it and ship the important stuff you need.Basically its a scam so dont ever fall for it.

My expectations were 10 days.Highly recommend.

Moved from Washington to Florida. Paid for there storage in between. I had a pleasant experience with the the crew in Washington. In Florida the crew was late and unprofessional. Multiple of my items were, missing, damaged, or broken.Update - Ali the owner reached out to me and made sure to make the situation right. They also found my missing items and have told me they will deliver them on their next run to Florida.
