We got there about 1.30 Thursday afternoon and had to queue for about 40 minutes even though they had 10 staff working, the car was mucky and smelt so after complaining go 2 days reimbursement. The car ran fine and was good for 2500 miles in 2 weeks

Frauds. I have a booking confirmation and they haven’t not car for me. But money takes from my card. Shabby, and very negative company. Answers is. I have not car. Sorry. ….. its very very bad experience with Budget company in hotel Hilton !!!!

Don't waste your time or money with this place. Rented a car to drive for Uber. Once they have your credit card they will charge you double or triple the cost of the vehicle and make you dispute it with your bank or credit card company. BEWARE
