The only silver lining of an accident in LA is the service, kindness and expert care that I and my vehicle receive in the aftermath from Caliber Collision. AT CC they take pride in restoring my car in impeccable condition. I only go to CC. Every time I drive away, my car looks better than ever -- like a million bucks!

The body work was great. My reason for the 1 star is because although they were replacing my bumper after a rear end accident they broke the locking mechanism inside my car. They wouldn’t take responsibility and told me this happens and they didn’t touch anything electrical. The clock in the car was flashing needing to be reset, the lock button for the doors was stuck and the locking mechanism kept going on and off when I drive. I’ll have to pay out of pocket to fix this when it was never an issue to begin with and I doubt it’s a coincidence this just happened while at caliber.

I had an appointment at 10 am, an actual time reserved today at 10:00 am, and finally left at 10:51 am after not connecting with a repair advisor. Very polite people at the front desk.

Guillermo and Margot were fantastic during the process! I was driving my friends car and I got rear ended on the freeway. They took care of my car and they took care of the mirror that fell off inside the car. Guillermo made sure it was fixed within 10 minutes.

The staff at Caliber Collision was friendly and professional! They completely the repairs on my vehicle four days before the estimated time frame. Also they arranged my pickup at the shop with Enterprise Rental, so once I was done at Caliber an agent from enterprise was at the shop ready to take me to get a car. All around great service!
