Communication was horrible. In the end they couldn’t find parts to replace a fender from the dealer so that decided to deny the the job. They told AAA that the vehicle was rusty. Not a speck of rust in the vehicle being that it lived in the high desert.

The staff here is very helpful, particularly Vicky. Car maintenance can be frustrating and stressful but Vicky really went above and beyond my expectations with her support. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone

Great customer service and they try their best to get your car fixed as soon as possible. I was initially quoted at another location 6 weeks to fix and Caliber Collision had it done in one week and a half. Anthony and Vicky were very responsive, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done to their car.

I had a repair done at Caliber Collision before and they were amazing. For this repair, I wasn't able to book online the Louise street location in Glendale, CA, so I chose a closer one. The customer service was nothing like at Louise. So, I called them and was able to make an appointment. Anthony answered all of my questions and arranged for me to drop off my car. They kept me informed by phone and text, during the repair. And, even delivered the car early! I totally recommend Caliber on Louise. I'm only bringing my car back here for auto body repairs. Hopefully it won't be very soon.
