This California credit union in Glendale has gone downhill we have been with CCU 17 years it was all great but now not so good. My husband and son refinanced their car only to have been now getting numerous calls from the previous lender that they never received the checks from the bank or the incorrect checks. My husband and son are working getting constant calls as if they are the ones negligent to pay the car on time when it was the banker who messed everything up her lack of paying attention to her job while answering numerous personal calls instead of paying attention to what she is doing with the customers. The manager there is also very nonchalant to ignore my husband and son's problem this woman created for them. No apology for their mistake from the manager when he too is responsible to look over the loan before approving it. This bank is awful worst customer service and ethic. They are very unprofessional and unapologetic do not work with this location.

got a pre-approval letter for a mortgage from them and dealt with alan. other than the initial calls, he never responds to any emails or any questions sent via email. not interested in my business whatsoever. i have the pre approval letter but will be going with a traditional lender. wanted a cu to to see rates various types of lenders would give me but this one cannot be bothered to answer any questions. don't bother responding. i am not interested and will only work with lenders who respond fast to my questions. i sent him at least 4 emails etc... not a single one was replied to after he sent the pre approval letter. and don't bother saying "no one by this name applied"... jackie is not my legal name. obviously im not using my legal name on yelp. my legal initials are c.c worst service ever tina, you are crazy if you think i am going to take time out of my busy day to contact you. alan shelley never responded to my emails (sent) i will going with another lender. there isnt a damn thing to discuss. i dont want to do business with you! whats there to discuss? my time is valuable. i have zero interest in talking to you over the phone and once you are rude to me it cannot be rectified! apologies mean nothing! i dont want it!

Horrible company, added 5k to my car loan after my insurance lapsed and they didn't even give me a heads up they were going to do this in order to give me a chance to rectify it. Should be illegal to do this. Even after I insured the car they wouldn't reverse the charge.

Margaret Voskanian is absolutely the most phenomenal hardworking loan officer you can ever ask for! She and her team are extremely efficient and helpful. On top, her rates are super competitive that even our home builder could not match. After initially working with Bank of America who would request multiple documents to the point it felt like a whirlwind, working with Margaret at CCU was truly rejuvenating. I wholeheartedly recommend her for your loan needs.

Skeptical from all the reviews. Ibrahim (I apologize for misspelling his name)and Alicia Hernandez from San Diego were very helpful. Moving most of my banking to them. The app and IU experience is cleaner and better than most other credit unions. I'll be closing my account at First Entertainment. I do most of my banking digitally so I don't require a physical branch, but glad to know if I REALLY needed one, it's a 20 minute drive. Also their chat feature is a God send. What credit union has this?

I have been a customer for over 15 years. I have financed my house a couple times and always receive good service. My kids even have accounts here.

I have been a member of the credit union for over 30 years and have always had a great experience. Most recently I refinanced my commercial property loan with CCU and can not say enough positive things about my experience. They gave me the best rate, were very patient with me, and helped me so much with the new loan. Mel was the mortgage agent who helped me and she was outstanding. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Bad idea in joining this C U. They will accept your direct deposit but will give you the runaround when it comes to a loan in always trying to turn you down after they've messed up your credit rating with inquiries. Not good at all.

A very poor experience with my car loan. Horrible communication, crazy fees added to my loan, and they sent my title to a strangers home - even after I confirmed my address with them multiple times. Would never use their banking or loan services again.

I always have a wonderful experience at this location. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If I have a concern, someone is available to assist me fairly quickly. They are also informative so if you have questions, do ask! Thanks for making me feel safe where I bank :)

Horrible service is an understatement. I have an auto loan through them and from the very beginning it was clear the representative could care less about getting anything done in a timely matter. Making payments is a constant frustration. You can't make a payment online unless you have an account with them which I will NEVER due based on the service I've received thus far. Calling in my payment is just as frustrating and EVERY representative I've spoken to has been rude. The interest rate was decent so that's why I went with them but will be refinancing asap to save myself the frustration of dealing with this company.
