Quiet location to work and focus. If you work from home and need a fresh location this may work perfectly for you since it's free! Extra bonus if you're a capital one customer you get 50% off if you use your capital one card. They don't validate parking so if you park in the structure then visit another shop to get your ticket validated. If you have a nonprofit you can book a private meeting room.

Great place to stop by during your shopping spree. They were serving Verve Coffee that also has a shop in Arts District LA. Highly recommend if you have Capital One card as you get 50% drinks! Love the honey lavendar latte, iced teas, and drip coffee. They have WiFi and clean restrooms for you to reset before heading back out to shop.

50% on handcrafted beverages if you use capital one card but their coffee machine is down so there’s only tea, cold or hot, that’s it. Boo.

I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!

These guys who are in the photo are lazy, I don't understand how this bank can pay them.

Wasn't near my normal Capital One, so I popped into this one because I had some fairly urgent banking to do. Walked up to the bank teller to start my transaction, only to have him inform me: "Sorry, we can't help you, we're a cashless bank". WHAT?! What's next a meatless butcher?! (Actually I've been to a vegan butcher in the Bay Area that was really nice, but that's NOT the point). If you're a bank, be a bank and I don't know... have some cash on hand!?!

My husband works in Glendale, which is almost 30 miles from where we live. So sometimes, if we have plans out somewhere in LA, it just makes sense that I'm already out in that area instead of him coming home just for us to head back out. But where do I go to kill that much time? That's what I had to figure out every time. Until I discovered CAPITAL ONE CAFÉ. A bunch of tables to choose from, so many outlets to plug in your laptop or any other electronics. Plus, there's a coffee bar AND if you're a Capital One customer, you get 50% off when you use your Capital One card. I really enjoyed it here because there were so many areas to sit. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty busy for a weekday afternoon, but there's so much space that I found a spot right when I got there and eventually moved to a table when it opened up. You don't feel claustrophobic since areas and tables are spread out and you still have a sense of privacy and peace and quiet. I was able to get so much work done while there!

First time here. I bank with Capitol One, and have never had a need to physically walk in. I was treated very good. The employee was super patient.

Tried to get a hot chocolate and was told their machine is still down.If the machine has not been working for a while then hot chocolate should not even be on the menu. Walked out with nothing bc I had hot chocolate in mind on a cold evening. The place was packed with people on their laptops.

Nice place to chill while visiting the Americana, but gosh, their espresso is disgusting. I could only take a few sips of an iced Americano before I had to trash the rest.

I'm a big fan of Capital One, and while I appreciate innovation and trying new things, I'm not sold on a coffee shop bank. CO customers get a 50% discount at the cafe if paying with their card, but items seem a little on the pricey side, so am I really saving money? (Well, this is the Americana!) Also, the space is cavernous, and not so cozy for a cafe. If you want to actually do some banking, well, you'll need to go online. The bank employees are here to answer questions and advise only... which was actually very handy when setting up my accounts. The one day I did go for coffee, their system was down so they were only offering free drip coffee... so not bad. I definitely will be returning. Hopefully I'll find an extra star somewhere for a perfect review for this merchant which isn't really a bank and isn't really a cafe.

This is the best cafe there is and it's very convenient because I also bank there to. There drinks are top of the line. There ingredients are awesome.

One cannot give them a personal check to pay a Capital One CC bill!! After paying a $5.00 parking charge, didn't accomplish my task for going there. In short, the place is totally a false advertising fiasco!!! The mother company should be ashamed!!!
