“Fantastic service end to end with very fair pricing. My car window got smashed in on a Tuesday evening. I called Five Star first thing Monday morning ~815am, and the lady said that they could include a request for my specific window type before their daily orders at 830am. She said I could bring my car in by 9am. A gentleman called me around 1130am to let me know the car was done, and on a whim I asked if there was availability to also tint my windows, since I had my car with them anyway. He said he could slot me in at 2pm, and by 3pm he called to let me know my car was ready. The repair and tinting were done exactly as I hoped it would be. Moreover, the total price came out to just a bit less than what my insurance had estimated the total repair price to be. Finally, all of the three people I interacted with across the day were friendly and knowledgable. You can't go wrong with this car shop!”
