They communicated throughout the repair and completed it within the timeline given, to a high standard. I would recommend them and use again if the need arose.”
“Adolfo is outstanding. Kept in contact throughout the process with a realistic timeframe and decent cost to replace my son's Volvo windshield. Rain delayed our being able to get started for a couple of days but once the clouds cleared up the work was done quickly and well. Strongly recommend this top-notch tiny repair shop and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.”

“I got several bids from Yelp windshield repair companies and the estimate from Joe at Joe's Auto Glass was the best bid -- plus he would come out to my place (mobile service) at no extra charge. I needed a windshield chip repaired and he did that job great. Then he brought to my attention 2 of our cars that had "frosted" (aka dirty) headlamps -- and for a reasonable charge, and like magic, he cleaned them too (see pix). Joe was very professional, communicative, prompt, and did a great job repairing the windshield and doing the headlamp areas. Highly recommend!”

“One of the greatest services in this field is the best way I can describe my experience with them. Was in need to replace the front windshield of my 2016 Kia Sorento and they came thru. Not only did I professional service from the first initial intake call but their service is mobile which relieved me of the hassle of having to visit different window glass locations for estimates. “I showed up here on a Sunday right after they had closed with a flat tire. And without hesitation Manny said he could knock out the tire and mount it even though he had already closed up shop. “So to start of, do some research on your car, specifically the windshield, door glass, windshield now a days come equiped with a camera/sensor called LDWS which looks like a triangle on the windshield, i say do research because i went in expecting a $150 windshield, what i didnt know was that my windshield had said LDWS, the price obviously changed(specifically to $450) which was pretty steep.The gentleman there named Juan kindly explained to me the price change, i understood and still had it replaced, this was my mistake, I didn't do research on my vehicle. I didnt mind paying the price change, i did after all need a new windshield.Everything was done professionally, sure the wait time can be a bit annoying (1-2hrs) but what do you expect? The people working arent robots and you cant expect them to have you in and out in less than 45 mins(unless you have a basic windshield or any other glass related issues from my understanding)Great staff, cant complain.”
“Great service. Sent my family member to get his window fixed for his Ford Escape. Called the day before and was told that it would be taken care of 8if we needed their service. The best part was that they sent a message the same evening explaining in detail what service they provided and timing and pricing. Didn't expect that.!! Took away the stress my relative was having over someone breaking his window. Sure enough today Sunday 11/12/2023 my nephew took it to this shop and was taken care of just as they said. “I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”

“Okay, I normally don't leave reviews for this kind of stuff but I am compelled to write one because of how AWESOME they were. I went to SIX different places around West LA looking for an estimate to get some paint peeling, rust, and bumper mess up repaired. I kid you not, they were 1. The lowest price compared to the other body shops that I went to. 2. VERY easy and quick. To my surprise-I dropped the car off Tuesday, they had it fixed by THURSDAY. Everywhere else quoted me "at least" a week. You have to pay cash, but that's fine! I will take that any day for the best price possible. I honestly was skeptical at first because (as someone else mentioned), there was no written estimate, just a handshake from Vago (the legend-he's very serious but knows what he's doing clearly.) and I was verbally told a price. They indeed kept that price, and literally I can not even see where the damage used to be in that spot. It looks BRAND NEW. Thank you thank you! Amazing small business. I highly reccommend V&V Auto Body to anyone in West LA. They were literally just all around SO GOOD.”

“my bozo buddy flung the door open next to a really high curb and caught the door in the ground then ripped it off to close it. The bottom plastic trimming on the door came off so i brought it to Paulee. They got a maintenance guy to come out with some tools and popped it back in without charging me a dime. Really nice of them, and a testament to their fantastic customer service. Jacob in the front office helped me out and was really accommodating. I’ll recommend this place to any of my friends that have dummy buddies like mine that mess up their cars. Cheers”
