“Alex was amazing (shout out to Jerry, too)! I'm sure not all shops love taking on (or will) a motorcycle project such as mine, but Alex did and did an amazing job. We made sure we had the exact color I wanted and did racing stripes on my tank, fairing and seat I made from scratch (and also the front fender), and the bike looks show room ready. Alex and the team were relentless on the fine body work as well as if he took a real personal interest in my project as you would do for your friend. He even made the stripes smooth, not raised, which I said I didn't care about, but he went ahead and did that detail (that my bike friend was impressed by) anyway. After I paid (which stayed within original budget and was a great price), was loaded up and on my way, I sort of bumped into Jerry who wasn't really involved in my project, we had a quick laugh about something, I told him I loved the result, and he gave me a quick look and a smile and said, "yeah, he really went above and beyond on this one." “I got several bids from Yelp windshield repair companies and the estimate from Joe at Joe's Auto Glass was the best bid -- plus he would come out to my place (mobile service) at no extra charge. I needed a windshield chip repaired and he did that job great. Then he brought to my attention 2 of our cars that had "frosted" (aka dirty) headlamps -- and for a reasonable charge, and like magic, he cleaned them too (see pix). Joe was very professional, communicative, prompt, and did a great job repairing the windshield and doing the headlamp areas. Highly recommend!”

The best part was that they sent a message the same evening explaining in detail what service they provided and timing and pricing. Didn't expect that.!! “This place is fantastic. I e-mailed the shop with some questions and Eddie responded within 30 minutes with very helpful information. I was able to bring my car in the same day and my service was done before the estimated time. The best part - the shop went above and beyond and checked my tire pressure and reset my low tie pressure warning light without me needing to ask. All at no additional charge. When I got back in my car, they made sure it was clean and none of my settings (audio, seat position, etc.) were changed. Tip - if you can, buy your auto parts online and bring them in to save some money. I'll definitely return to Pinky's for my car's needs - A+.”

“I needed my driver side window repaired. I had an idea of what it could be but wasn't fully sure. I looked up a few places and I came across Mike's Auto Glass. I reached out with my inquiry and Nelson the manager responded back quickly about the services they provided. He also assured me that the would give me a quality part to help fix my window over other places offering cheaper parts. He told me that the labor & the part was included unlike other places that had them separated. I told Nelson that I would be there on Wednesday the 22nd but I couldn't wait and came in a day earlier. He & the rest of the team accommodated me. They showed me what happened to my window and why it stopped going up & down. I got there around 8:45 to 8:50 and I was gone less than a hour later. Tjr window is back working and it was all done for a fantastic price! Thank you Nelson and the whole team at Mike's Auto Glass!!!”

“So to start of, do some research on your car, specifically the windshield, door glass, windshield now a days come equiped with a camera/sensor called LDWS which looks like a triangle on the windshield, i say do research because i went in expecting a $150 windshield, what i didnt know was that my windshield had said LDWS, the price obviously changed(specifically to $450) which was pretty steep.The gentleman there named Juan kindly explained to me the price change, i understood and still had it replaced, this was my mistake, I didn't do research on my vehicle. I didnt mind paying the price change, i did after all need a new windshield.Everything was done professionally, sure the wait time can be a bit annoying (1-2hrs) but what do you expect? The people working arent robots and you cant expect them to have you in and out in less than 45 mins(unless you have a basic windshield or any other glass related issues from my understanding)Great staff, cant complain.”

“Okay, I normally don't leave reviews for this kind of stuff but I am compelled to write one because of how AWESOME they were. I went to SIX different places around West LA looking for an estimate to get some paint peeling, rust, and bumper mess up repaired. I kid you not, they were 1. The lowest price compared to the other body shops that I went to. 2. VERY easy and quick. To my surprise-I dropped the car off Tuesday, they had it fixed by THURSDAY. Everywhere else quoted me "at least" a week. You have to pay cash, but that's fine! I will take that any day for the best price possible. I honestly was skeptical at first because (as someone else mentioned), there was no written estimate, just a handshake from Vago (the legend-he's very serious but knows what he's doing clearly.) and I was verbally told a price. They indeed kept that price, and literally I can not even see where the damage used to be in that spot. It looks BRAND NEW. Thank you thank you! Amazing small business. I highly reccommend V&V Auto Body to anyone in West LA. They were literally just all around SO GOOD.”

“I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”

“my bozo buddy flung the door open next to a really high curb and caught the door in the ground then ripped it off to close it. The bottom plastic trimming on the door came off so i brought it to Paulee. They got a maintenance guy to come out with some tools and popped it back in without charging me a dime. Really nice of them, and a testament to their fantastic customer service. Jacob in the front office helped me out and was really accommodating.
