Unethical company. I paid off my Chase card and they still tried to charge interest. I closed the account and now they're saying I owe them (I kid you not) 8 cents. Do yourself a favor and keep your money with a credit Union. Banks like Chase do not deserve the privilege of handling your money. Or credit. Especially at 25% APR. Gross & unethical

I wish I would give Chase a zero star. I had a very bad incident with them. So I open a joint savings account with my wife in chase bank, I deposit my first check with them and they hold it with reasons of verification. they had to find the source of the funds. They called my boss he spoke to them but they still held my check for a week now. I get frustrated I call them and what they did was unbelievable. They told me they had closed my account and I asked them why they said it's an executive decision and that they will mail my check in a week. A week past, two weeks now I haven't received my check I called them and they and they say they have just mailed it. I received the check 3days later. I go to cash it else where because it was over 1500 and chase dsnt cash checks over that amount if you have no account with them. So I try PLS CHECKING place and the lady at the teller called chase to verify the check before cashing it. And chase tells her the check is stolen because it was in two names (mine and my wife) and yet on their side it only shows one name (my wife). I was so frustrated.they made me pay interest on almost all my bills that month, I lost my car, I had a horrible experience with chase bank and I wouldn't recommend anyone to work with them.

Called the branch 3 times. No one answered the phone. Went to the bank at 3:50 PM asking for a business banker on an urgent matter. The gentleman attending to me told me that they were short staffed. I asked For the manager and was told that she was on her “lunch break.” So they are short staffed and the manager goes on her lunch break at 4 PM when the bank closes at 5? The guy talking to me could care less. It’s a shame. No one wants to work anymore.

Great service ! Anadia T, really took her time and understood the errors that claims had done wrong on their end. She went step by step with them. They tried over drafting me ,she printed out my whole account and explained it to them . Anadia had the best customer service . Thank you !

(edit) your staff are liars. i asked if there were any chase branches I could get into today without an appointment to try to get my issue sorted out. you all said no. I called a branch in sylmar they said they didnt need appointments. do not lie to your customers. its disgusting.rude unhelpful and terrible. chase bank in general is one of the worst banks in the US. constant issues trying to send my new card after my card info was stolen. couldnt send to my address, called to try to get it done in person, explained the situation. I could lose my apartment because I havent had a card in over 2 weeks. the person on the phone was cold and dismissive. I can tell you right now I WILL be closing outb my account in person and switching banks, ive been with you all for 10 years but never again

I recently started my business in Glendale and have started using this branch on Brand Blvd for my business needs. While I was in line, noticed that there was more coordination getting the line moving in a safe and socially distanced manner. After a few visits, I finally asked the kind but assertive and very helpful Chase employee her name. She told me her name was Ghadir - I had guessed she was the branch manner. No matter how long the line, the type of problem being addressed, she remains calm and gives each customer the attention that is deserved. Any business would be lucky to have someone with the level of customer and leadership ability she demonstrates from the time she starts her day to the very last moments when the bank closes. I look forward to using this branch for all my business needs.

I was at the bank today and I got BRILLIANT service!I deposit cash to pay the balance of my CC.I had some questions about charges on my CC account. The teller called Ghadir who’s assistant of Branch Manager Officer. She helped me to clarify all concerns. She also advised and guided me how to set up automatic alerts with my Chase App.Thanks you so much. I’m really enjoying my visiting at that Chase branch.
