This Chase location really came through for me. Ani, the branch manager, helped me problem solve a time sensitive issue with kindness and class. Danny, a private client banker, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I had both good time and bad experience today.I went to open an account with chase Bank at the request of a friend who doesn't speak English well.First i went to in la crescenta branch,but they told me to mke reservation and come back the next day.It was the first time I knew that I couldn't open a bank account in one day after living in the US.Does this make sense?So,just in case, I went to in Honolulu branch, where I met a very kind & professional person.Her name is Sabrina Oganesyan.I hope you all get a pleasant service from Sabrina next time you have a chance.

I'm so glad I don't personally bank with them anymore everything is a hassle and not to mention you try to get money out of you're savings for and emergency reason oh it's showing $0 why oh because they gave it to someone else that's not authorized to use my personal account I'm so glad I got rid of this useless sorry of a bank that exists never in a million years will I ever bank with chase again

I get paid by my customers who have chase accounts. I prefer my customers to write out the checks to cash depending on the amount. Its my preference and my customers gladly do it. Been coming to this location to cash the checks for the past 6 years with no issues. Most of the staff there have seen me and recognize me. Go in one day to cash a $400 check. Just so happens my customer didnt have the funds that same day. So check wasn't cashed. The teller (an older lady) stamps the back of the check (forgot what the stamp read on it). Go in the next day after my customer deposited funds into his account. Different teller notices the stamp, goes to that same lady from day before and she tells him to refuse the check. My customer is paying me through a third party (the bank). Who the hell are these people to refuse what is mine. When you mess with ppls money (the money i worked my a** off for), you are at least in my eyes degrading me as a customer. F this location and F that teller. Disgusting people. The gall you have to have with ur perceived authority you POS. Drove to ramsdell and foothill. Couldn't ask for better service from the employees at that location.
