I really enjoying giving great reviews of the restaurants I visit , and my memories of Cheesecake Factory have always been the best however... my opinion is that the restaurant should remove Spicy Cashew Chicken from the menu.It was over fried, too chewy and very salty. The Chinese chicken salad was good, not great. On the upside, the French Dip Cheeseburger, I would order that over and over again... It was so, so good! The drinks were also very good!In addition, the service was top-notch, I left a good tip (but that spicy cashew chicken...NO!).Parking: Not difficult to find parking, on a weekend, I'm sure it's busier

This restaurant can be found all over the country in most shopping malls and large shopping malls. It is convenient because the restaurant is large.

When I was here years ago, I had to ask twice for them to make my filet mignon Medium. It was burnt the first two times. Incompetent cooks and clueless management. Hopefully this location has better people now.Clueless response. I already reported the issue to the GM twice while dining in. I literally said "management". There isn't going to be a "next time".

I enjoyed the salad, but the chicken sandwich and the service didn't meet my expectations. Having to ask for everything four times can be frustrating.

Background: This restaurant has always been romantized to me both by friends & family and on tv. It was my first time ever eating here; my expectations were elevated to say the least. I also did my research (menu, history, prices, etc.) before dining. Review: the food was mediocre at best, I had the chicken parm and Alfredo (No chicken bc extra $). Honestly the chicken parm was good but I feel like I could get a better one for a fraction of the price literally anywhere else. The Alfredo, which looked like it the sauce was watered down and completely unappatizing, was sent back to the kitchen because, "come on really"? And for that price? ($30 for just pasta and sauce) I should have just come to Olive Garden, I told myself. My only real regret is not trying the desserts/cakes which looked like the only thing worth trying (at about $10 a slice). The money wasn't the issue, if only it was worth what customers paid for. The atmosphere, to me, was the only thing that lived up to my romanticized expectation.

Bartender took care of us at the end of the bar on a busy Thursday night. Drinks and dessert. He was excellent.

Overpriced and overrated. I looked at my plate to find three shrimp with sauce took up a third of my plate, just three. All curled up and sad looking. I didn't find out till the end of the meal that my sister's Alfredo pasta, her favorite, was dry. It was her birthday, I wanted to take her someplace nice. Drinks were decent, the noise level was so high, had to raise our voices to talk to each other. At $100 per person for one drink, entre, dessert, and coffee, before tipping our waiter, it felt really overpriced. Yeah, we all felt it.
