One of the Best 7-Eleven I have seen. I have been in many many 7-Eleven, but this one im Glendale, is wayyyyy different with the perfect Customer Services, and the polite Respond, Especially the Owner "Harry". Harry is Person with Humble personality, he always smile with the customers; he always respond to the customers needs.. I have seen places where the employees and the management have such a Low, Sharp, and bad Attitude, regardless of their business type. But this place "7-Eleven" is such good place.. Thank you Harry, thank you staff....

Just walk in there a few minutes ago. The mask of the checker wasn't cover the moth and nose. A few minutes ago he sneezed, said "sorry", and even after that didn't wear the mask fully. And of course without gloves! Ridiculous place!

Yes! New ownership, new management and they are doing a great job! This is our closest 7-Eleven and I dreaded going into the store. The previous management had absolutely no regard nor appreciation for customers. The cashiers were always focused on their ear pods which were always connected to some phone call. A self-service check-out station would have been friendlier. Never a " Hello", never a "thank you ". Customer service at its worst. AMAZING how far a simple greeting and a simple "thanks" can improve a business. Keep up the good work.

This location is closest to my house. It used to have the rudest staff ever. They were always accusing customers of ludicrous things. But ever since Harry and the new staff came in this store is amazing. They are always reminding you of the deals you can get and are super kind and helpful.

Ut was very clean, the cashier was fast but rude. I wanted a hot tea. She walked over to the cups, she yelled out "hey" I gathered my wallet and before I could start walking she yelled "hellooo" she handed me the cup and top wearing the same gloves she had been handling the money with, no big deal because she she gave me 2. But kind of wasteful.... I understand trying to keep the flow, but COVID to me all together slows everything down. The people standing in line understand .

Cashier is not friendly. He is wearing gloves for his own protection and not for the others protection. He holds everything. Payment and everything from customer and will hold the cover of slurpee with the dirty gloves without changing or sanitizing

CAUTION: AN ELDERLY MAN WITH A SERIOUS COUGH IS WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER DURING THE PANDEMIC They seem to be taking some precautions but no way should that guy work there, and still touching merch to scan it. Disgusting and socially irresponsible!!

The thief of a clerk saw a 1 eye person and thought he could rip me off.. I had surgery on one and and had a patch over it. I went in to buy some lotto tickets. I requested 1 mega and 1 powerball, and gave him a twenty that I just got from the ATM. The clerk handed me 4 bills , and I took a step away and took a look with my good eye and saw 4 one dollar bills... I turn back and told the Indian Thief he gave me the wrong change, and that I gave him a twenty dollar bill... He the 4 bills back, looks in his drawer and says you give me a 10?.... I told him no it's was a twenty from his ATM

The one on Reseda on Burbank in Encino Always has my favorite coffee: blueberry. The coconut and blueberry mixed was also good. Nice people who work there and will make a fresh pot it you ask.

I go to 7-Eleven's to use the ATM's because they're part of the Shared Branch COOP network (if you Bank with a Credit Union, you would know what I'm talking about). I was near this place since I needed to get money for my haircut. Parking took a little bit because it was so full. Once I parked, went inside.. usually the ATM is in the corner. I didn't see the atm so I asked the clerk and he just ignored me. I asked him again and he looks at me and says no! ... well jeez, that was rude. I left, and went to another 7 eleven down the road, like 7 blocks away. Better to go there. More parking spaces. And the workers actually acknowledge and greet you when you walk in.

Absolute disgust -- I agree with the OTHER REVIEW POSTER ABOUT THE rude clerk, short white guy shoulder length curly hair - hard time understanding him - very rude -- what I did not like that he was like that to both other customers in front of us - specially with my aunt who is a disabled lady - who goes there pretty much three times of the week ... Manners, class, customer service / etiquette -- THEY CLEARLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT ANY OF THESE -- ABOVE IT ALL - IT'S NOT A VERY CLEAN STORE AND THEY NEED TO PAY HIGH ATTENTION TO THAT! THE manager alone needs to be re-trained or just replaced much less the clerks ... A few blocks away you can take your business there for sure! Skip this filthy spot if you can ...

This place is always busy and the coffee fresh! The employees always greet my daughters and I when we come in and if there are specials that go with the drinks they let us know!
