I had my ears pierced today with I believe her name was Alondra (SC) and she was the sweetest girl I’ve ever met. She was so patient when I asked to move the placement and talked with me throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about this girl she made my experience so amazing.

Cynthia, provided me with the service of getting my double ear lobe piercing. She was a great help and very thorough with me during my appointment. I would highly recommend her, she’s amazing.

Bad customer service today from the store clerk or manager. Less than a month ago, my 91 year old mother and me had our ears pierced at Claires. Unfortunately, my mother lost one of her earrings and didn't notice. In a couple days the hole had closed. Took her today to see if they can reopen her piercing. They said if it was less than 30 days they would gladly do it for free, the person who had originally pierced our ears vouched that we had been there less than a month ago, but the manager refused to help and charged us again saying she wasn't gonna lose her job because of us. Very bad customer service.

I just drove nearly an hour to come to this Claire's location and found the store closed with a sign on the door that says they will return in 30 mins. This is absolutely unacceptable. Timing is very important for my day, I needed to come here for some supplies as a photographer and be in and out. I would never in a million years expect a staple like Claire's to pull this. I'm very unhappy that I will have to sit here for however long waiting for it to open because this is my job.

Pierced my one-year-old daughter’s ears last year before Christmas with the young lady that was wearing a cute Santa Claus outfit. She did great and now my daughter looks super cute with her new earrings. They healed very well!
