Lots of machines. This visit there were a bunch of out of on order machines. Only 2 extra large machines working.

The washer time is 12 minutes 😒 do the clothes really get clean? The cleaning lady really mean. BTW, we are Hispanic and she's obnoxious with us. We only go here when our washer breaks or we have large items to wash. We like the neighborhood.

It’s has been few times I went to this laundromat. The cleaning lady from day one was very rude and giving me dirty looks. I always smile and say hello but she ignored me. By the way I am disable person. Today when I was leaving I went and very nice way told her that she needs to work on her attitude, she didn’t want to listen to me and started yelling at me shut up - shut up. I want to tell the owner about this problem.
I never going to use coin laundry again.

I used to come here often but it’s become less n less desirable. Half the washers don’t work. $0.50 cents each time to use the BATHROOM. No power outlets so I can work at the same time. Unfortunate, location is great.

The lady who works there is always in a bad mood and harassing customers if they are not Latinos. She is very rude and has no manners whatsoever. Most of the washing machines are not working and this place turned to a dump and very expensive.

I would have gave 5 stars but the lady who cleans the place is a witch.Constantly harassing or arguing with the customers and then came my turn.She called me out for being parked in the disabled spot without bothering to look or she would have seen my disabled license plates front and rear issued to me by the DMV.Instead she was looking for a hanging placard on my mirror most of which are phony fakes sold by illegal aliens on the streets.I don't think the owner who seemed like a very nice person would like to find himself in a court of law because his employee discriminates against the disabled for no reason whatsoever and if she does it again I'll have GPD there in about 5 minutes to put things in check.She's an idiot.

Plenty of machines, everyone who goes there is very nice. It would be way cooler in there if they would run the air but overall a great experience

Washing machines proved to work well today then out of nowhere the Hispanic staff member shouted loudly reprimanding me to close a plastic flap on top of the machine. This was the beginning of a prolonged abusive attempt to berate me for something I was supposed to know? The woman was spurred to continue as she laughed hysterically while looking at two older men and a young boy and name calling telling me I was not the queen and that I needed to leave on the spot and never come back. ? I asked them to please help me because she might be experiencing a psychotic episode. They folded clothes faster then ran away. The young man learned a valuable life lesson from his parents, to run like a coward when met with a life challenge. The female staff member continued berating and disrespecting me as I stood a safe distance away and stuck until laundry cycle was completed then dried. This woman went on to pretend to whisper disrespectful cuss words at me when the place was empty. After she loud whispered, 'Fxxx you' the first time, I asked what she said because I couldn't believe she said that! She literally looked around the empty room then said it again but this time much louder. She noticed I was calling the police dept and quickly repeatedly shouted, 'I'm not scared, call anybody, you don't scare me!' Fair warning I've read similar reviews for this laundry room but they've somehow managed to be removed. My message to the number posted on the back wall was not returned but Glendale police dept was diligent in taking a detailed report. Be careful there, stay safe.
