I would like to say thank you to Petros who works at the Glendale CVS location. He helped me find items that I was looking and did not rush to do his work. He was very nice and tried to help me save some money with the CVS coupons.

This place never has baskets so bring extra hands. Maybe if you're lucky you'll find a shopping cart.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy. I have been going there for two years since my other CVS pharmacy was closed. I have asked to coordinate my prescriptions in one pick-up . It works for one pick-up only and I have to readjust again. Pharmacist and the store managers are robotic and do not listen. After leaving a store and calling in my concern they said that they would refill it and when they called me it was still incomplete. So if you want an incompetent pharmacy this is the place to go.

Extremely rude front desk who do not understand how to deal with customers. They just hang up on you when the customer asks for more info.

Let start by saying that they're running a scam. I noticed a charge for carepass membership. I had to google to see what it was! So be very careful when they offer coupons that they have. The sales associate never told me what she was doing. She said it's free, I'm not charging you for this. I had to be on hold the whole day to get a rep. It would disconnect. They removed me and said they could not reimbursed me Because " I use it! "Meaning that discount they have me without me knowing they were enrolling me. Without my acknowledgment.Ohhh and I wanted to speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one available. So I tried taking the survey and they're not letting me. These is soooo misleading and messed up.

This was a worse experience I ever had, store manager was so rude she couldn't explain simple question to the point store security stepped in to help me understand her I thank him and walk to the cashier manager was there gossiping about me I was so pissed when I heard that conversation, one of the cashiers was very nice and polite well know customer service talk to me and calm me down. That store is very close to my home I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

Horrible customer service. Unless you go during select hours of the day, please do not expect to be treated in a courteous and professional manner. Amy, a "supervisor", refused to let me use the ladies room, even tho this seems to be a non issue during the day. I am a regular customer who frequents this store about once a week. The management staff during the day is very compassionate and accommodating. Amy chose to make me wait until she finished her task at self check out, rather than simply pause long enough to give me the store director's name, who I will be calling first thing in the morning- what ever happened to "customers come first"?? Instead, she was argumentative and talked down to me like I was a piece of toilet paper stuck to her shoe - I can't imagine ever speaking to another human being with that kind of aloof and rude tone. I was finally able to pry out of her his first name -Jack - but she advised that if I wanted his last name, I could go outside and check the window. When I asked for the phone number, she said she couldn't give out his personal number.. I said, "don't be ridiculous- I'm just asking for the store #." Apparently, using the word "ridiculous" brands me as being the rude one, because she then admonished me by saying that she would not assist because of the way I was speaking to her. Sad, how in our society, if you're female & being direct and professional in manner, you are labeled "rude." AND, by the way, she wasn't assisting me at all in the first place! By now security came over to observe. I never did get the phone number to the store or Jacks last name! I've worked in the service industry for 30+ years & have never even dreamed of treating customers like the way I was treated. Nor would I ever think of putting a personality like Amy's in a leadership position. I didn't even purchase what I went in to purchase, because a) I had to pee so bad after being denied access to use a public restroom & b) I felt yucky after the whole encounter & I really didn't appreciate the security guard watching my every move as I was comparing items. So I picked up the Rx from the pharmacy that I promised my elderly neighbor I would get for her and left. I'll call Jack tomorrow . And then I will transfer my own Rx's to a different CVS location. It's a shame, because the daytime staff that I usually interact with are so wonderful.

Cris from pharmacy department was very helpful. He went far and beyond to help us. He called another CVS pharmacy for availability of a medication refill. Thank you Cris for your help.

I do not like the pharmacy here for the simple fact that the pharmacist is an a****** and rude. They ask you if you like to speak to the pharmacist And then tell you that he's busy and you can see that he's not and he just brushes you off. Maybe you should learn how to comb your hair before being a dick

We were told they had walk-in COVID shots available for Moderna. The one closest to us only had Pfizer, so we came all the way over to this one. The lady at the checkin counter was rude. She said walk-in were only available between 10:30-2, M-F, (which information wasn't posted anywhere until I complained to the manager). If you have an appointment you can get the shot up to 10:00 pm. We almost walked away, but then I thought to ask if we could get it while we were in the store, the other clerk said yes. So we did that. Lousy customer service. I'm pretty sure she let a guy in who didn't have an appointment while we were checking in.

2 reviews average sounds about right. I spend A LOT & I mean A LOT of money. Service is EVERYTHING to me and not that pretend service either. The kind of service where they are genuine and most importantly when they do their job right service. I get A LOT of coupons because I shop so much I literally walk out of the store and the CVS app will send me another coupon and another will be sent to my email and another to through postal mail. It's a bit stressful how often the coupons come and I have noticed I spend way too much here especially considering how terrible the service is so I guess somethings are a blessing in disguise. I have been in so much pain from a recent car accident suffering from being rear ended. Karlen a terrible customer experience at this store to me today. I had $56 in extrabucks rewards on my app from my most recent $300 purchase I made for myself as a gift at CVS celebrating my 2 year Celibacy and upcoming Birthday The very first thing Karlen says is I've never seen that much extrabucks. It would have been nice if he said Congratulations instead. Look at this receipt if he was mindful to giving me a best customer experience he would have rang up one item with my $56 extrabucks reducing that item to a few dollars and he would have used my two other 30% on two other items to maximize my savings. I didn't feel good so I noticed the mistake when I was home and he didn't acknowledge the mistake and apologize and make it right when I immediately called him to notify him if the mistake. In further disappointment he made it impossible to rectify. I'm sure CVS will get automatically send me another 30% off again in this same week because that is their marketing strategy so Karlen no need to offer me 30% correction on my next item because it's not about money it's about choosing to spend my hard earned money during Covid where $56 extrabucks should be a sign of being a Top Customer and being appreciated and treated as such. Please do not go here because on your most important milestones in life and celebrations you will not enjoy the experience you deserve for being a valuable customer.

I've been coming to this store for years to fill my prescriptions. Before today, I would've rated this place at least four stars. I'm disappointed that all the good pharmacy staff members who used to serve me are gone and I had to deal with an arrogant, gestapo like unprofessional who goes by the name of Harout (USC intern). To make a long story short, I became irate when I just discovered my prescription co-pay increased; Harout was very belittling toward my concerns and simply told me 'Calm down sir, this isn't a fast food joint'. I complained about Harout to the acting pharmacy supervisor on 8/29/21. I might change my pharmacy if Harout is still working at this store next time I visit.

AUGUST, 25, 2021 CVS GLENDALE CALIFORNIA SAN FERNANDO ROAD, WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP OPERATION THE PHARMACY IS THEY HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MANY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS! But here's the kicker the pharmacist that work in that particular pharmacy have no f****** clue no intellectual curiosity they have no moderate management ability to inquire as to WHY or where the prescriptions are within the CVS purchasing chain or why there has been a two month delay and when do they think this may be solved, unfortunately, they feel that the customer service verbiage of just saying "it's not in yet we will text you when it's filled" is apparently going to be a good enough answer for the last eight weeks? YES EIGHT WEEKS ! Although most of their clientele has one eyebrow and is upset about not smoking inside while wearing suit pants and underwear T-shirt and socks with sandals some of us actually would like to have a more informative answer or narrative as to why it's not being filled and or to be given other options that we may have to look into, So CVS pull your head out of your slow 3rd world lack of facts l**** a** and join the world of American exceptionalism and lean into your job a little bit more and maybe go find out what the f*** is wrong with your supply chain. I'm not blaming you for the shortage I'm blaming you for the lack of intellectual curiosity which impacts the field that you went to school to learn how to do! And take some initiative take an interest in your job like ALL aspects of it and step up on the information gathering and STOP insulting me Amy maybe others by continually giving the same dismissive answer over and over and over and over and over and over and over again as if we were all in second grade. So in conclusion Either all of you over there are stupid, lazy, mean d**** Cavalier or just incompetent. Oh and while I'm here f*** your stupid 6 mile longs register receipts. They're useless and stupid and a waste of paper. Evidence of their incompetency and inability to perform a simple task and their inability to keep the customer informed what is on the text is what the pharmacist will say to you on the telephone verbatim. If the texting wasn't maddening enough The pharmacist has the gall to literally read these words to you over the phone we're sorry that items not in yet will text you as soon as it's filled. So I thought I would write about my experience to at least get it off my chest. I hate to hate and I hate people who love negativity but sometimes and I mean just sometimes, someone just needs to get a gigantic metaphoric slap across the face to wake the f*** up and get a f****** grip! CVS GO FIND OUT WHY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO FILL SOME MEDICATIONS WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS LEANING ON MALPRACTICE!!! As you advise the customer to any drug interactions or efficacy in taking particular drugs when you give them to them don't you think it would also be a responsibility to tell the person on the phone if they stop taking the medication that they're currently on that they're going to have to take other action to mitigate any health complications that arise from that you can't be responsible for the drugs and only pick which responsibility you're going to be a part of if you're not able to dispense the drugs in a timely fashion then you need to be equipped to inform the public what they need to do to mitigate any health problems illness or possible death from not complying to the doctors orders of taking certain prescriptions other than answering the phone and saying it is not in stock right now when we fill it will text you that's not an answer and it's irresponsible. When you're asked directly as to what to do you offer no suggestions nor do you even saying slight concern so you've chosen and part of the medical field and yet you act like zombies. Anyway obviously completely dissatisfied this is not a service situation this is a complete breakdown in the pharmacy and its ability to fulfill its ob
