The staff here..especially the asian girl working at the changing room area are extremely rude and disrespectful so i recommend learning from your mistakes and growing up. like yelling and causing a scene how she did for absolutely no reason, not only that, the other workers here are also just so disrespectful and rude when talking. they should really be more mature and do their job right if you are working in a place like that especially since a lot of young people shop there. to be rude like that is diabolical. get better staff.

Garbage. The shorts I bought (for $50) developed big hole on the rear in two weeks. The store manager wouldn’t do anything and essentially said I was lying about how many times I had worn them and that I was essentially too stupid to know how to wash my clothes.

I recently visited the Cotton On store and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Some of the employees seem to have no idea what customer service is. There was absolutely no fitting room assistance. I asked for a different size while in the fitting room, and the employee refused to bring it to me, saying she was very busy. When I offered to go get it myself, she said I had to take off the jeans since I hadn't purchased them yet. After changing back into my clothes to get the new size, she removed all my items from the fitting room and told me they couldn't hold fitting rooms, even though the store was slow and there was no line and no one in in any of the 10 fitting rooms. She gave my fitting room to another person, despite plenty of other fitting rooms being available. I’m not trying to be insulting or disrespectful, but just to describe the lady: she was tall, had a big body, and black hair. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

The employees here, especially the girls working today, are super rude and talk badly about their customers in line. Had a lady waiting in front of me in like for 5-10 minutes to ask for help and the cashier proceeded to talk badly about her Beijing her back as soon as she left the counter.

So unprofessional!!! Had one of the customer service girls didnt want to give her name not her or the “manager” she said for their safety couldnt give a name out or the “employees name “ out . I asked to speak to a higher than a manager she said there wasnt anyone else i asked for corporate number gave me a non working number . She screamed to my kids (minors) saying to not leave a mess my kids werent doing a mess they were standing by the swim suits trying shorts on because their fitting rooms werent open ., which by the way half the store was doing check the cameras my kids werent the only ones. And we put everything back . What gives this person the right to scream at kids . If she does not have the patience to work at a store where kids go in then she shouldnt be there . Also having her “coworker” ask what happened and both of them talk their “lies” infront of me what is that like you dont know how to handle these situations then dont work with people or kids at this point .

fire this man immediately. He was very rude to me & bad service with gave me dirty looks. He wears a black hat, I'd say around 5'8-5'9. The selection they pick for these workers is crazy. I don't recommend shopping here especially when he's there.

Great shout out and kudos to the great service from Jenna, manager over at the Cotton on in Glendale In short, there's been obviously a big scramble for the Barbie clothes and my daughters and wife wanted these Barbie shirts, but it was only one left and it was on the mannequin, and she happily got it for me so we were very happy. However, my other daughter and wife wanted shirt too and there's nothing left online and she went and found one at the cotton on store in the Santa Anita mall called over there as the manager had it put on hold and was really excellent. On the other side, we had a terrible time at the cotton on in Santa Anita. That's not her fault. We really appreciate her taking the time and making the extra effort. Jenna should be acknowledged for her excellent care.

We only shop at the Glendale Galleria location. The store is always neat & organized. The staff is exceptional:) Layla & Genesis assisted us with our purchase & made our experience joyful!! Layla has assisted us on multiple occasions & goes up & beyond to ensure our purchase is perfect!! Love this location & excellent staff

It's a store that carries inexpensive clothes. Nothing upscale, but a good go to store to pick up t-shirts. My kid ran out of clothes to wear during our travels so I walked in and bought 2 cute crop tops for $30.
