They could not read the prescription, which indicated the dosage of the drug. I brought an additional document about the discharge, where it was written in clear handwriting what the dosage was, but they refused to give me the drug. I was 10 minutes out of surgery and had surgery a day ago. Worst service and complete indifference of staff.

The CVS pharmacy on San Fernando road in Glendale, CA is so clean and organized!!! BRAVO Raffi, Ted, pharmacy staff, front store cashiers are so nice!!! The BEST CVS PHARMACY EVER!!!

Worse pharmacy tech ever, they don’t keep track of incoming orders at all. My order was submitted by the doctor and I even went to run around for about 30mins to an hour. They still did not have it ready and made me wait another 10 mins. You guys need to keep track of your order. The inconvenience you guys cause multiple people in line upset that you guys can’t keep it together.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. I absolutely hate cvs pharmacies. I would give zero stars if I could. I called them from my job. Had a feeling they didn’t answer their phone so I drove over. Still waiting as I type this and it’s been 18 mins so far. The lines are slow as hell.

Line through the store with one person on register. And there's about 8 people working in the background but you would think someone would come help everyone out so we're not waiting 1/2 hour in line. Nope. Everytime I send my prescriptions to this location they're out of stock but won't tell you until you get there even if your prescription has been done for several hours. Not even crazy medications very basic ones. They also won't send u a notification informing you your prescription is ready for pick up. I hope you guys read this review and do better for your store. Customer service means everything and when it seems like y'all do not care at all it makes people want to take their business elsewhere :(

Worst pharmacy, please avoid. If you arrive anywhere near closing time you will be treated like crap, all they cared about was closing and going home. They refused to help me when I arrived 30 min before they closed. Doctor was taking longer than usually to send over prescription for my daughter and they refused to fill it (eye drops) because she wanted to go home to her family is what she said. She ran my insurance and I was unable to pick up at another location. Anita Bazikyan does not care for anyone but herself, she is not qualified to be a pharmacist. I will not be coming back to this location.

I would like to say thank you to Petros who works at the Glendale CVS location. He helped me find items that I was looking and did not rush to do his work. He was very nice and tried to help me save some money with the CVS coupons.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy. I have been going there for two years since my other CVS pharmacy was closed. I have asked to coordinate my prescriptions in one pick-up . It works for one pick-up only and I have to readjust again. Pharmacist and the store managers are robotic and do not listen. After leaving a store and calling in my concern they said that they would refill it and when they called me it was still incomplete. So if you want an incompetent pharmacy this is the place to go.
