Pharmacy department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Even doctor line when called wait time averages 20 minutes. This is the second time I've had to call this pharmacy on patient's behalf to figure out why this CVS is unable to get the same medicine another CVS has no trouble getting. Supposedly pharmacist said the medicine is a controlled substance when it is not. The wait here for this medicine is 7-14 days. Owner of CVS, please figure out what is going on, because of your pharmacy's incompetencies, my patient is afraid to increase their medication due to fears of running out of pills.

Horrible place to come shopping if you need help litterly no one is there to help needed something from the eye care department and nobody showed up waited there for 10 minutes and literally nobody showed up spoke to the manager I told her she had to do better.

The only thing that I like to see at the CVS in future is, please don't print the coupons, just like other stores, if it's apply to whatever I'm buying you just apply to it who can remember to take their coupons every time visiting CVS, with a phone # it should be more easier, thank you.

CVS treats you like a thief. Everything is locked up. Not enough staff to help customers. You have to look for a service call button and weigh along time for a staff member to unlock the cabinet. The staff member are nice and say CVS won’t hire more people. Be prepared to weight for your product. Sometimes they take it to check out do you don’t steal it.

I asked several different employees where certain items were located, and all directed me to them. I bagged my own items and when I got home, I realized that one item was missing. I called the store and was directed to return. When I returned my missing item was located at the register I had checked out at and was given to me.

Damm! This CVS pharmacy store looks different one on Foothill Blvd Tujunga location. Very big, fancy beautiful section. Well cleaned organized that employees doing a great job. I’m impressed! Easy line no wait pay the merchandise at the self-checkout. Payment: debit card no cash. The employees are friendly with nice attitude. I really like that. I’d appreciate for the hard work. Of course the restroom looks clean but fresh air!! The most satisfying day in my life!

This is the WORST pharmacy in the area. I was put on hold for 10 min, and then the person
just hung up on me. I called back, and was on hold for 9 min before giving up. NEVER AGAIN will I use this pharmacy.

Carlos was a superstar! He assisted me with a return and then helped me make a purchase. He even remembered that I had a coupon from my return receipt and reminded me to use it for my purchase. I really appreciate him going the extra mile for the customer!

Pharmacist Silva has been outstanding to work with. Our last encounter was especially helpful. After she told us that Medicare would not renew my husband's prescription, she suggested we might pay cash and then found us a discount. And as soon as it was ready she gave us a call. My husband was so relieved to be able to have his prescription filled. And at a good price.
