Alyssa was the best! I gave it 4 stars because it's the DMV! Otherwise it was easy! This is the best one to take care of all the business! I'll be back here for future needs!

The African American lady at the reception was extremely rude. I politely asked her a question but she immediately raised her voice and spoke in a very aggressive tone. She looked like I owed her 1 million dollars. Would never come back to this location.

All I needed was to get my car title transferred. From the moment my DMV employee was assigned to me, he started belittling and trying to get a rise out of me, because I appear young, I’m a female, and/or I’m white. Whatever it was, it was an immediate and stupid prejudice. He is a middle aged black man. Avoid him if you can. I’m very patient, and I gave this misogynistic, ageist, and possibly racist, miserable man no reason to bully me and call me “priveledged,” “childish,” and “impatient,” for doing absolutely nothing other than existing, and especially after he gave my time slot away to someone else because he was trying to piss me off and told me to go to another window to take 2.5 seconds to sign a paper. And then I guess I had the audacity to wait for him to pause, at least ten minutes into whatever he was doing helping someone else out during my turn, to give him my signed paper. He then proceeded to try and “lecture” me about manners. I was just existing and asking basic, polite questions that required him to do his job. I don’t know how to report him, so I’m just leaving this here. If someone could watch a security tape of my slot with him back, he needs to be fired immediately. All of the other workers there were wonderful and helped me out after I was shaking and on the verge of tears.

Karmen, a driver instructor (DMV-Glendale), didn't have a nice presence or helpful in anyway. My daughter, a new driver was super nervous because of the way she approached us and telling us we were in the wrong lane after waiting for almost 30 minutes (no signs stating elsewise). Sour face and very strict approach from Karmen. Request a different inspector if possible, hopefully they'll make the experience more pleasant.

Everything was fine despite the wait and having to come twice. I was finally at the finish line. About to take my picture and the lady had me sign the pad without telling me that it will be my signature on my license. So I redid it but it wouldn't capture well. After a couple tries it shut off on me and she made me take a picture. My signature isn't accurate on the license and I wasn't ready for the picture. ( I had a name change after getting married). She looks like she hates her job and didn't let me redo my signature at least. She is also the manager. Knowing people get ready for their picture and this is important to them she doesn't care.

I was in and out within 20 minutes. Granted, I did make an appointment, but there was no line to check in for either non-appointment or appointment. The staff were all surprisingly pleasant. I'd recommend going as early as possible, because in my experience, there weren't as many people in the morning. I made a 9:40 am appointment and arrived at 8:50 to be on the safe side. There was no line outside ?? Also, I only needed to go in and renew my driver's license which required a vision test and new picture taken so if you need to take a written or driving test, it may take longer.

Terrible. I made an appointment thinking I would be seen quicker. It didn't help. The non-appointment line went by faster.

Like any DMV, dealing with the employees here are like dealing with useless children.I renewed my registration in July 2023, it’s mid Jan 2024, even after writing emails, calling, online chat, scheduling an appointment every week and every month, they still haven’t sent me my silly little sticker and this put me at risk for being pulled over with my expired sticker, all because the government workers here gets paid either way they, by chance, do their bare minimum job, or be useless.My taxpayer dollars at work to pay for useless people to be useless, wonderful
