I've been buying Docs since the 80s, and I have to tell you, the selection and customer service here are off-the-charts great. I'm always greeted and attended to right away. The folks who work there are friendly, just the right amount of chatty, and super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the boots, shoes, accessories, and care products. Their feedback has been great when I've needed an assist on making a decision. Having worked retail, I have to say that if I were the owner of this shop, I would be over the MOON about how great the shop looks, how welcoming it is, and how personable and on top of things everyone seems to be. And it's not just once--it's every single time. My experience today was peak happy holidays, so I was really compelled to leave a review to say thanks to Dre and Chloe for the fantastic customer service, as well as Kulia, Vy, and Carlos for the great vibes and extra assist. Sabrina wasn't there, but she's been amazing as well, as have other folks whose names I don't know. Such a great place! Thanks!

I had a great experience at this store. I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and called ahead. Drea answered the phone and was extremely helpful and held the shoes for me. Once I made it to the store, she greeted me with a lot of excitement and kindness. Drea made the my buying experience so great! I definitely recommend this store.

Mathew helped me on Monday and was so helpful and attentive! I have some foot issues that can make finding a comfortable shoe difficult, but Mathew was super knowledgeable about all the shoes in the store and helped to figure out what would be right for me. He was also really patient as I tried on a bunch of different shoes to get to the best fit. It’s just really rare to get that much individualized care at a retail store and I really appreciated it :)

Walked in and immediately was greeted by the manager Sean's snobby attitude. He was rude to me and his co-workers. I asked multiple questions about the shoes and he seemed too distracted to answer or help.

Very bad customer service both girls just chatting away I asked multiple questions and neither bother to come to where I was standing I showed a picture of what shoe I needed and her answer was just dum when in the past I have purchased just by showing a number that is on the boot but I get it they were to busy gossiping.

My wife dropped by to exchange shoes to a different size. She was greeted by Courtney. She was attentive, kind, and informative. She was able to get my wife out the door with shoe care pointers and lovely shoes that fit comfortably. Thank you Courtney!

I have been shopping at this location for 3 or 4 years now and 1 and a half month ago I got some defective shoes, before 1 month I took them to help me and they only told me that it had to be online. And now it's been a month and a half and no one answers me. I called by phone and apparently they don't work because no one answers. What can I do with those shoes? Can someone help me or do I consider them lost?
