On March 29, I bought two coffees: a cappuccino and a BLACK Classic Americano. Asked for name, had the order number on the receipt. Waited for 10 minutes. The employee (on the photo) silently puts one coffee, name and order number does not say. I thought, well, I'm not the only customer. Another five minutes pass and she silently puts the coffee again with an impudent look and leaves. I tried several times to ask who this coffee was for, no one answered me. When all the customers left and the two cups of coffee stood lonely, I realized it was for me. "Thank you," I thought. The coffee naturally went cold and turned into a disgusting substance. I didn't give a hoot. Then I asked for brown sugar, she said she didn't have any. I stand there waiting for her to offer me some sugar and apologize, but she defiantly moves on. I then ask again about regular sugar, she again tells me there is no sugar. Then I say with a dumbfounded look: how long do I have to play the guessing game? I ask her to give me some sugar at least (she was obliged to do this / offer it). She gives me a cheap sugar substitute... But that's no trouble either. When I opened the lid of the glasses, I discovered that the sulfur Americano wasn't an Americano at all, but a gray nasty substance. That is, she stupidly poured some bourda (remotely similar to "milk" with antibiotics, most likely). I was shocked.I didn't drink it. I left that dump and walked away. I don't advise anyone to buy there.The second saleswoman stood and laughed at that.

Hi I visited Dunkin on Glendale,CA on Saturday on afternoon on 1/13/2024. I ordered thru mobile order, and picked up my half dozen.DISRESPECTUL & RUDE MANAGER. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST for your sanity.I approached the female employee who wore glasses, possibly hispanic or not with attitude and being rude who totally ignored me at first time when I called her.So I asked again and she finally responded, and I just asked for a bag for my donuts.Even though she heard me this time , she was on her stuff making her own stuff. I was only asking for a bag, and seems like she did not know what to prioritize her task at all. grabbing a bag does not take longso I approached other guy asking, then she turned back and told me, "WE ARE GOING TO GIVE YOU A BAG. WAIT!"I was surprised to hear that because giving a bag does not take even a secI never saw any worker with that disrespect to a customer.Glendale spot was place where I would go very often for my donut but not sure if I will ever go back again cuz of her. It was so horrible store experience.

Great coffee. Subpar donuts. Terrible and slow service. They are in my opinion, disorganized and poorly managed.Long ago, Dunkins was a great donut shop. They left California and returned years later. And they reinvented themselves including providing kiosks through which food us ordered. Robotization has robbed them of that long ago cozy and intimate feel.And whatever reason, their new business model has taken a toll on the flavor and quality of their donuts. When I asked for a buttermilk donut I was told they no longer make these but I was told the sour cream donut tastes “just like” a buttermilk donut. I conceded and bought a sour cream donut and contrary to what I was told, buttermilk and sour cream do not taste remotely the same.

I hate to write this because I've been a loyal customer to this specific one. The drinks are good and the food but a problem with an employee that is harassing these girls. I've seen it happen more than once. At first I thought they were just teasing and knew each other but once I saw it happen again to the same girl you can tell she felt uncomfortable and I approached her that it was okay and she should report it. I believe he's a short Hispanic man. Will not be back unfortunately !

Very rude manager started yelling at us. There is not enough workers and the service was not good. Poor workers getting yelled at by the manager. And the manger herself came up and started yelling at us over a drink and was very disrespectful. Never coming to this Dunkin again.

this store is amazing even though they're new they really are an amazing team I watched them under a rush and they worked as a team and they were organized I think the girls name was Lisa she kept everyone on point she saw that an employee was under stress during the rush Lisa helped her jumped right in and alleviated the pressure. my drink and sandwich was perfect. I will make this my home store, based on the helpful hardworking happy crew!!!

Horrible place it's the 3rd time my breakfast is bearly any eggs cheese nothing like the advertising and you can taste the burnt oil in the food breakfast not good here just the donuts are

They're too cheap to even put a Fnckin napkin with the donuts. Had to go another area to get my coffee... 4 employee behind the counter.... Never have I seen.... DD employee move so slow... Just to pour a house coffee(I ordered black) in a cup...

Not sure why anyone would go here. Donuts are old and stale and the lattes are horrible. Employees are rude and told us they are out of napkins lol

I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, but I just have to share how impressed I am with the staff at this Dunkin'. Every time I've come here, the workers have gone above and beyond to make my day better. On two separate occasions, my app wasn't working for their free iced coffee day, and both times the employees could tell I was having a rough day. One gentleman recognized me and was so kind that he just gave me the drink without any hassle. The second time, I was rushing through the mall trying to finish last-minute shopping before leaving for a trip, and the young lady at the counter asked me if I was okay. I must have looked like a mess! But she was so sweet and reassuring that it made my day.The kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff here are truly unmatched. Even on days that aren't promotion days, I make an effort to come here to support them. Their exceptional customer service is a rare find, and I truly appreciate their efforts to make their customers feel valued. Thank you for always putting a smile on my face!

Rude. In the order area for drinks, wanted a latte or coffee. Standing there. A thin girl steps out from a adjacent room, looks at me, says nothing; then turns her back on me and starts working another machine just front of me. Very rude. I walked away…obviously her message was, “ go elsewhere”.

This is probably the most unorganized, dirty dunkin I’ve been to. Lines are long, workers are slow and not well trained. The credit card machine, cash register is filthy, napkin is not placed properly inside the napkin holder but just placed on top of it. Maybe it should be better not to see how they work. Extremely slow. In the busy mornings, i will just stick to starbucks-lot more efficient, quick and organized.
