Honestly, this was the best real estate transaction experience I’ve ever gone through. I have bought and sold several homes. I know what makes a good real estate agent. I interviewed several real estate agents and a lot of them said the same things. They are gonna be my best friend. They’re gonna treat my house as my own and I’m gonna get you the most amazing deal. I can honestly say that Edwin means what he says and says what he means. He delivered on all of his promises and was ridiculously helpful during the move. He went and bought boxes for me. He got packing tape for me and he just said, hey, do you need boxes? I said yes and within an hour, he was at my front door with boxes, his team, his staging, his photography, and videos were all top-notch. His social media skills are on point.
He created a website, made several social media posts, and put on very popular open house experiences. He even had a coffee bar and Porto’s for the first one. I work in television and I was blown away by the craftsmanship of the several videos that were made.
His connections to other agents in the area blew me away. He was able to call competing home-selling agents and because of his long relationships with them, they were open to Edwin about how their homes are doing. His 30+ years of being in the business shined through every day before and during listing. I understand how he is one of Coldwell Banker’s top 10 agents in the country!

Edwin Ordubegian was recommended to me by a trusted friend who did her research and was very happy with the results. Based on that, I also decided to have Edwin sell my home, and I now give him my highest recommendation. When you are in the life-changing situation of buying or selling a home (in my case, my home of 30 years), you need someone you can absolutely trust to have your best interests in mind at all times, with a goal of maximizing the return. Don't know how to sum up how amazing Edwin was as our agent, but here it goes...Edwin got us into our dream home, but it did not stop there. He is so kind and caring that he still helped us find people to work with for some things we needed to get upgraded with our new home. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to sell our Glendale (Emerald Isle) house. Edwin did everything he said he was going to do, and more. His marketing was terrific and his suggestions for minor improvements to our house were based on his years of experience and were right on target. He spared no expense on beautiful photography and videos and he knew how to show off our house. He never mentioned selling our house privately because he wanted what was best for us. He personally was at every showing of our house and did not pass it off to a colleague. He always gave us his full attention and answered texts and calls promptly. Edwin definitely walks the walk! He does everything he says he is going to do, and more. He knows how to market your house to get multiple offers which obviously leads to the best price. He never once mentioned selling our house privately, which so many realtors want to do. More exposure means more offers and Edwin understands that. He was instrumental in evaluating our house and suggesting minor upgrades and even supplied names of good qualified people to carry them out. His communication was great. He always answered our calls and texts promptly and kept us well informed along the way. He was also at every showing of the house, which was very important to us. He never asked us to show it on our own. The house sold quickly and for top dollar. We have Edwin to thank for that!
