This review is ONLY for the front of building staff. Kelvin was absolutely incredible during the application process and helped us so much. Rick has gone above and beyond so many times. The two of them + maintenance crew really are great.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Kevin! He was incredibly helpful with our move-in process, setting up all the necessary apps, and ensuring everything went smoothly. Kevin was the only person who agreed to give us a video tour of the apartment while we were still in other cities, which was a game-changer for us. Without his help, we wouldn’t have been able to rent this place. Truly grateful for his support and kindness!

Everything seemed great but it being my first week I have ran into the issue that maintenance either doesn’t work or moves at an incredibly slow place since my dishwasher, garbage disposal, n more than half the lights don’t work plus a broken light switch. Someone has already parked in my spot and nothing was done about it so yup you pay all this money for……

After 2 years of living here
It was 10 times fake fire alarm at 4am
They overcharged me for everything
The rooftop for this price doesn’t have full-size swimming pool
They stole my deposit and even asked for $130 more
The dishwasher was never working and so does oven, they just ignored my requests to fix it
As a bonus million of cockroaches inside the apartment and building
I’m so glad that decided to pay $5000 to move out!
Only 5 stars for the guys on the reception

My review of this place is so long so I’ll try to keep it short
1. The ac unit sucks. No central air
2. The all in 1 washer/dryer is beyond trash
3. Neighbors are lazy and don’t throw away trash or re rack weights
4. Water turns off and elevators always broken
5. No closet space or lights in closets
6. No medicine cabinet, sink storage or shelf space
7. Trash is 40$ every month
8. I got a window ac unit and was charged $400+ for electricity
9. Don’t get a loft if you get hot easily. They’re impossible to cool down, even in the winter
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UP BRAND OR CENTRAL. THIS PLACE SUCKS. U GET MORE FOR LESS ANYWHERE ELSE
