Upon check in after waiting for 10 min for someone to come to the desk. I went to the room to find that there was feces on the toilet. The bathroom sink had no pressure for water to come out, There was no cup for water to brush our teeth in the bathroom, The kitchen was greasy and dirty. The refrigerator was filthy. The tv remote did not work And the tv was extremely difficult to get on. The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful. We had people running jumping and making loud noise for 3 days over our heads, When I tried to complain they told me to call while it was happening. And no one answered the phone. There was very rare instance when there was actually stuff behind that front desk. The rugs were filthy. The sink in the kitchen didn't drain properly. Not enough towels for the 3 people checked in. The grab and go breakfast was a joke, it consists of muffin or Granola bars and coffee.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! ITS A HORRIBLE JOKE.....
I was told that a manager would call me when they arrived that day. It's been three days now and no call as of yet.
Highly unprofessional!!!!!

Do not stay here!! They gave us the wrong room. It was supposed to have a King bed and pull out couch. When I informed them of such, they said they didn’t have any rooms. She tried to blame Expedia for reservation changes. I didn’t even book via Expedia! She said she gave me a discount 50% for ONE night even though I booked two. Still have not received the credit, it’s been 10 days! They could not give me an adjoining room for my son, so they gave me a rollout bed. My son could not sleep on said rollout bed as all you could feel were the bed springs!! TERRIBLE! No one at the front desk was kind. No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, you have to ask for it at front desk! Oh, and no conditioner, shampoo only. One bar of soap in room. I don’t think this place has a maid service. Didn’t see one cleaning person, not to
mention the cleanliness of the place! As the saying goes “ you get what you pay for”. Will never stay here again. Highly do not recommend!!

Customer service at this and the Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles-Burbank Airport is horrible! We booked online & prepaid for a room more than 1 week in advance for a trip to Universal Studios. My daughter & her 2 sons (ages 14 & 7) drove from Tucson to Los Angeles (almost 500 miles) only to be told by the Manager-Kevin that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available...leaving her & my grandsons stranded. Kevin called the Extended Stay America Suites Los Angeles-Burbank Airport where he apparently found an available room and asked the Manager (Cam) to give them a room while they work out the booking change with Expedia. Well, Cam did not allow them in a room & my daughter & grandsons were unnecessarily stranded for over 2 hrs! Expedia.com customer service rep, Frank, came to their rescue and found them comparable, safe, comfortable lodging with the same or better amenities at no additional cost. Extended Stay America managers & staff could learn how customer services is done from Expedia.com's playbook. As of this writing, my daughter and grandsons are resting comfortably. Thank you, Expedia.com! As for Kevin & Cam, I hope you never have to experience this with your family. The stress worrying about your family's safety is truly unbearable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! Especially if you’re staying with kids. Entire place smells nasty. Seems like there’s guest that live here with their dogs in their rooms. Our room had someone’s slippers and dirty socks under the bed. Room was dirty. Checked out early because a guest was banging doors in the middle of the night and screaming/cussing out loud.

Addison was extremely helpful and kind to my fiancée. He is a veteran and has PTSD and the way Addison was with him was extremely professional and kind. My fiancé told him about our Refrigerator has it has some issues and bad odor and Addison right way that he will put the maintenance team to check it out or possible replace it. We are so grateful for his service. Thank you.
Noteworthy details: Great service!

We were evacuated from Running Springs CA because of The Line Fire and were able to stay at a friend's AirBnb in Wrightwood CA which another fire (The Bridge Fire) engulfed the next day, so we were evacuated from there, and searched around late night and literally stumbled upon this Extended Stay America in Glendale, CA. What a God send!! They actually had a room available late night! The next day, we decided to stay in this one place until the Line Fire situation played out. After talking with the customer service rep, they gave us what we feel is a very fair rate for a week long rental in a clean room with a nice little kitchenette and secure parking.
Cameron at the front desk was very attentive & patient and made sure we got in ok and were happy with everything. We thought that was really great. Nikki also did a really great job of being attentive to our questions and needs as the days went by...And . the manager! The Manager, was a very kind man and allowed my wife to teach a Yoga Class in the meeting room, which they agreed would be a nice perk if she offered the class to any guest that wanted to come.
How cool is that?! VERY COOL!!
The staff seems very friendly & cheerful and the work being done on the parking lot turned out great. Overall the vibe is a positive and clean one and we really appreciate the good vibes after all the stress we've been through the last couple of days!
As you can tell we are relieved & thankful to be here, and know that we are real 'Evacuatees from the Line Fire' and not a good review plant.
Walkability: Great evening walk with our small pups. Felt safe with lots of other people strolling.
Food and drinks: Plenty of restaurants & shopping nearby. All kinds.
