I'm in shock, I'm just in shock. May I put 0? Printers did not work today ,I wanted to make copies myself. The worker offered to help, I said, of course, thank you very much, I gave him a flash drive and for 40 papers ,he told me $ 38, I was in such shock. Are you joking ?????? I always print you never had $38 for 40 sheets of paper. I told him to check again he tells me yes yes sorry 13$ I made color copies. I made copies citizenship apply . SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

My experience was terrible. I ordered a box of shoes and still haven't received them. The first day they were out for delivery the delivery guy didn't drop the package off. Instead he left a door tag. Since this was my first experience with FedEx, I didn't know what to do with the door tag and how to receive my package. I called the company and the worker I was talking to told me to sign it and leave instructions. I did that and the next day when the package was out for delivery, again, the delivery guy still didn't drop off my package. He took my signed door tag and left another one saying "another attempt." The next day, I tried that method again, no package was dropped off. The next day I started getting annoyed so I decided to call and ask to speak to a manager since none of their representatives were helping. The manager told me to go online and leave information and instructions online and he specifically told me the delivery guy would drop off my package. After that, the guy still did not drop off my package but instead, left a note saying "final attempt". I tried both methods at the same time but no package has gotten delivered to this day. I decided to give the FedEx company another call again. I called them and they told me that they will start a 24-48 hr investigation. They called me a day later saying my package is 30 minutes away and I will have to pick it up. As I work full time, I don't have time to pick up a package in downtown. They told me if I don't pick it up within a couple days, they will be sending the package of shoes back to the seller. I think this is very unfair because I didn't get a way to get my package shipped and delivered to me and now, I have to take time out of my busy schedule to drive all the way to Downtown and pick up my package. I know this might not sound like a big deal at all, but if you are busy and wanted your shoes shipped properly to you, FedEx is not the best option. Many failed delivery attempts with false instructions. Truly, John For FedEx, please don't reply to my comment. I don't have time and the nerves to respond to you.

Why does this place have such low ratings? This is by far the best place to ship out of. Every single person is nice and helpful, even the quieter employees. Literally best place. I have never had a poor experience here. To the contrary, I have only had good experiences. I am shipping and returning stuff on a regular basis and I always choose this location. The only drawback is parking but that's not their fault and if you're patient there's always cars coming and going. Even with the parking issue I still choose to ship from this FedEx store because they are all nice and cool as hell

One day yelp will allow us to give zero stars. My daughter track the package because it seem to be taking forever. The tracking indicated it was being held at this FedEx location. This package was never even attempted at her house, nor was there even a ticket/slip left at our door, notifying us of an attempted delivery. When my daughter went into this location to pick up the package, she was told very rudely that it wasn't there. And he would not even look for it. We went back several hours later, and this time, my daughter was provided her package. Very rudely and he shoved it in her face. I was parking the car and I went in to find out his name. Andy. Please do not forget his name. Andy. Another customer and I walked in at the same time. Andy was taping up a damaged box. Did not even look up acknowledge us, or even greet us in anyway. As he was taking the box to the back, he said he would be right back with us. Did not even bother to look at us. He was rude to the girl in front of me. Can't say I'm surprised by his behavior at this point. I got his name and he was confused that he was rude to my daughter. He was probably confused because it seems that is his demeanor, to be rude to everybody, so that is his "normal.". FedEx, you need to get it together because Andy is in no way helping your business.

Terrible staff. Rude, incompetent, even the manager. Someone stole my identity and was having laptops shipped here. I am sure the staff was in on it.

Had the best customer service experience! Art (who I believe is the manager) was super responsive, helpful and made sure I got my company holiday card order out in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service!

Worst customer service. They used to be good and nice. They are just horrible. Skip them and go to the fed ex in San Fernando .

Ok, I really am sensitive and also disabled, cognitively from a head injury, so I am not the quickest when it comes to understanding certain things. This didn't seem to matter to the staff, a few times I have gone there. They are quite rude and sometimes don't even seem like they know what they are doing. The last guy looked like he wanted to kill me because I couldn't understand the ten different price quotes that kept changing for two boxes. He got frustrated and then ended up being wrong lol. If you are sensitive and or disabled I highly recommend going to the UPS on Glendale Ave. They are very patient and kind people. This place does not care if you have a disability.

I don't normally post reviews but this place is THAT BAD that I feel obligated. Do not come to this location. I always have the worst experience and tell myself that I will never return. It sucks that it's the closest Fedex to me but I will now start making the drive to Burbank where the customer service is 100 times better. Employees are rude as hell, slow, and don't even know their own policies. I had to explain to them how to make a new label because they swore it wasn't possible when the Burbank location has done it for me multiple times. They once lost an urgent package I had delivered overnight because it got damaged. NEVER AGAIN.

I hate it everytime I have to make a return at Fed Ex. I dread it. Customer service is either slow, or workers are rude. My return was just as expected. It was 830 AM and I did not see a worker in sight for at least 5 minutes. Were they all having breakfast and coffee together?!?
