Pretty decent clothing store in the galleria. It's mostly a shoe store however they have a fair amount of clothes as well. One thing that stood out from the get-go was that they had nike tech color-ways that no other store had, they weren't available online either so that was pretty neat. If you want a refresh from the old generic shoes and clothes from footlocker, champs, etc I say you give this place a visit you'll find items available no where else. Definitely give this place a shot.

Only discovered this store recently and I've been here maybe 3 times now...I've had a good experience each time. My first visit I was able to grab a pair of sneakers and had really helpful service by a lady and a male employee. They both helped me out and it felt like old friends, we had a great time chatting and talking sneakers. The other two times I visited just to take a look to see if anything hot had come in. I didn't need service by anyone so I was left alone which is also nice when you're shopping and don't want to be bothered. I'll definitely be back!

If this store, now JD sports, has anything more than one star they MUST be fake reviews! I went into the store yesterday for the first time. Everyone that works there is extremely rude. The cashier was a little friendly. I mentioned she was the only friendly employee in the store and she straight out said, "yeah everyone has an attitude i here! WTH!? I spent a lot of money on shoes and was glad my son did not like them because their place does not deserve anyones business! I returned them the next day. Omg! I couldn't believe how rude the young lady was. I'm not going to disclose names, but she was simply awful. There were three people behind the register and all were unwilling to greet me or help me at the register. When one of them finally did, she didn't say hello. She just yelled, "RETURN? What's your email?" I said hello and how are you, but she was not having it. She finally got so fed up with me she literally walked away from the register and said, "I'm not helping her." The stand in manager apologized for her which she really didn't have to. Awful awful! If she doesn't like her job maybe she should look for something else. Don't take your anger and frustration out on the customer! Oh and one more thing, my son tried the shoes on and had them on for less than 30 seconds. The rude employee actually showed the bottoms to the stand in manager to see if it was acceptable as a return! Hahahahaha! Really? DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go anywhere else or buy on line direct from Nike which by the way had the shoe for almost 40% off!

My husband went into JD Sports (store #1101) to return something for me at 7:52 pm and was denied service by the store manager Vanessa. She advised him that the store was closed. He was confused because he was able to walk in and customers were still in the store shopping and asking employees for sizes. He then proceeded to talk to another employee (Jessie I believe was his name) and he advised him to get in line to make my return. Which He did and there was one customer in front of him. When He got to the register the employee said that Vanessa told him in the headset "not to take him". He advised him that He should just come back tomorrow. At that point he called me and I was really confused being that at this time it was still only 7:57 pm. I checked with mall management and they advised me that the mall stores close at 8 pm. therefore, I am not sure why she could even deny him service because she feels it's too late. She even called mall security on him because she said He forced his way into the store. How exactly can you force yourself into an open establishment? That just doesn't make sense. Being with how the world is today she should make better decisions on how to treat people. I have been a customer from Finishline for years and could not believe He was treated that way and denied service because she just thought It was "too late". I think they need better management or maybe send them to some customer service seminars.

I just went to the store and just tell me why everyone decide to do something else but help the customers, like really, there was only one man helping everyone, 3 dudes behind the register like everyone was paying and this big girl "FIXING" sucks when they didn't need to be fixed.. Like dude

Just walked into this store cause I wanted to buy shoes. And I actually liked a pair of shoes and wanted to ask one of the employees to get me my size. But the guy comes up to me he's like theres actually no eating in the store and you need to put ur mask on. First of all who are you to tell me to put my mask on. Second I gave him a look and walked out the store. Your loss for losing a customer.

When I tell you the service in this JD Sports is superb, I really mean it. Stephanie still amazing and awesome along with Kelly always being attentive. This place never really disappoints. Always has a good selection of shoes and clean. And I can't forget Jesse. From being very polite and knowledgeable. Good time every time I step in here. Good vibes!

I love this store and all the employees that work here. Stephanie and Kelly are 2 of the nicest people I've ever met. They really go above and beyond on helping me find some shoes. Everything about this store makes me feel comfortable. Very clean and tidy especially with Covid. And let me not forget about Jesse. Great guy and very knowledgeable on his shoes. Answered every question I had. Wonderful customer service. This is probably the best shoe store in the whole mall. Will definitely be returning.

I purchased a pair of Nike AirMax 200's two weeks ago for work, I finally put them on the earlier today to break them in for work tomorrow. I wore them in the house for no more than 10 minutes and my feet were killing me. I wear a size 12 in almost every shoe but I guess these run small...any who I had already tossed the receipt but decided to try and exchange them. I walked in and explained my situation, the cashier didn't seem thrilled and said she'd make a one time exception. The size I wanted wasn't in stock so I had to pick a different style. I walked to the wall to look at the different styles and was approached by Jesse, man this guy had such a positive attitude that I instantly felt better about the situation. I ended up choosing the the same shoe in a size 13 and since it wasn't available they're being shipped to me, I usually buy my shoes online but Jesse provided such a good experience that I'll do a little more shop on y here

The costumer service is horrible. Reggie does not know the exchange policy. The management at this store is very rude and not costumer friendly . Do not buy shoes at this store , there are other shoe stores in the mall . Reggie and Kelly should read the exchange policy and take a class in costumer service.

I have been coming to this store since they opened and I feel it's time for me to make my review. So I've always had a very pleasant experience shopping here since day one. I've purchased A LOT of shoes here and I also purchase at the foot locker chains in this mall and I must say that the customer service here is greater overall. The main reason for my statement is the return process, this is were you find out the level of customer care the store has. The return process here has truly made me a loyal customer over all the competitors moving forward. I must give props to a few people that has always treated me like family when my wife and daughter and I come in. Jesse is excellent and the manager Melissa is exceptional. Thank you

Customer service here sucks, before making a trip to Glendale galleria I made sure an item I wanted online was in stock at the store, so I called if they had it in stock and a worker said he'd go check on it and put me on hold for 5 minutes, then he hung up on me, how fkn rude. So I called again and this time a woman picked up the phone, and I asked her the same question, and with no hesitation said it wasn't in stock, well it came to my realization that I needed to go to the mall with my mother anyways so I decided to go into the store myself to see if it was in stock or not, and low and behold, the product I wanted was in stock Thank you lazy Finish Line workers!

Amazing customer service from Rosa- engaging and knowledgable. She really knows her stuff. Store has a solid selection and is well merchandised.
