Mother's Day mood ruined!Despite a decent outcome I had an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience at this store. A so called manager named Jojo has failed to provide customer service on a basic level, FYI I did not ask her to do anything extraordinary.My husband wanted to return his shoes just 5 minutes after we left the store, but Jojo refused to let us return them insisting on the issue that shoes were without a box stating that the box that was originally left at the store was already in the trash. But yet said that shoes couldn't be returned even if the box was present. What kind of nonsense is that? After a long talk the only option was given that we could exchange originally purchased shoes for the same brand, which would be a final sale. I guess it would've been fine... However, when we looked for a different pair in my husband's size, we discovered that they were out of stock. Immediately it was suggested to us to exchange for women's shoes of the same brand. Honestly at that point considering that no choices were given it felt unfair. Oh and did I mention we had to sit and wait for them while I had my mom with us wasting time on a beautiful Sunday holiday.Finally we were able to find shoes to exchange for, but again there disorganization lead to “confusion” with pricing for the new shoes we chose. Jojo initially told me that they would cost the same amount $160 after looking them up on her mobile device price checker but she never showed me the actual price tag. When I asked again how much the shoes cost already being at the checkout desk an employee told me $150. I don't know about you but aside from being provided a terrible customer service I also felt like I was lied to. It was frustrating to experience this level of disorganization and inconsistency.On a good note, there was a highlight in our visit - an employee named Arek. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to try and assist us. If you do decide to visit this store, I recommend seeking out Arek for assistance. Overall, while there were some issues with the customer service, I appreciate the effort made by Arek and would still consider shopping at this store in the future with caution.

The customer service is the worst.While you are in fitting room, one of the employees started to hit the door and yelled to hurry up while i was there just 3 min.I’ve never experienced this before. My brother gave $500 gift card for their store, i would rather order online than deal with this rude and dishonest people.There was an older man who was so rude and disrespectful. Don’t recommend at all.

Normally good selection. Management/staff always comes up with random rules about raffles and purchases making things difficult and they get rude about it. Other than that it's okay.

worst customer service ever. I wanted shoes that weren’t available online so I called in before going to store to buy it so they could order. They ordered and the day it was supposed to deliver they canceled my order. They ordered my shoes and kept me waiting for a week even though they didn’t have it in stock. Extremely irresponsible, horrible customer service. These many times i’ve bought a shoe not once have I been so frustrated.

Poor customer service. Cashier was distracted and not paying attention and she walked out. I talk to the store manager and I asked the manager to have her comeback and finish her transaction. She refuse and the manager we said that she clock her out. This cashier should get train how to assist customers, I would NEVER COME BACK!!! This girl she should not work on JD Sports.

I asked if he can grab the other pair so that I can purchase. He looked at my appearance and was like oh you’re interested in buying. He placed the items at the register and I left without them. I asked for a size to a lady at the register two days ago. It wasn’t available for women so I asked for my equivalent size in youth. She responded in a alright manner. However, didn’t offer much help. Once I was ready, I told a guy I wanted the other pair and he ignored me. He instead went to help another customer and forgot about me.

Terrible customer service at this store on 7-31-22. There was 2 cashiers working then when It was my turn the other cashier decides to close his line and go on break eventhough the store is packed with customers. He went to the back room where i can hear a bunch of other employees back there yelling and goofing off in the back while only 1 cashier is open. Tried to return a pair of brand new shoes i purchased here, but the manager a female wasn't any help and had a miserable look on her face. The shoes I purchased looked as if someone had already worn them.Couldn't get an exchange or refund. This is the exact reason i purchase ALL my shoes online! When you purchase online you get brand new unoworn shoes unlike here. Zero accountability and regard for customer satisfaction at this store.

If I can give this store 0 stars I would. I returned two pairs of shoes and all they gave me was a return package slip. Fast forward… two weeks later, still no refund and come to find out that they kept the shoes, never returned them back to Finish Line. I’ve spent 10plus hours trying to get a refund. This is ridiculous. Taking my business elsewhere. The manager and employee did a careless job at that store and consequently I’ve had to spend so much time resolving this issue. This store needs better management and better employees with good customer service skills. They don’t even greet you at the door. Terrible experience.

Well, I’m not usually the type of person that likes writing negative views on retail staff. As a retail associate myself I can empathize with store employees. I went to their location on 04/05/2022 to purchase a pair of shoes on my 15 minute break and because I decided to trust the company I bought a pair of shoes in a rush. The employee from that day was very busy, seemed like he was the only one on the floor. During the transaction i didn’t verify the size nor the condition of the shoe. When I got home from work I opened the box and realized the bottom part of the shoe had been worn. I came to the store to ask for an exchange, was fully transparent with their sales associate who did as she was trained and called her manger Vanessa. Worst mistake ever, she came out with a stank face like she didn’t want to be at work. She then proceeded to look at the shoe and looked confused at what the issue was until I pointed it out to her. She wasn’t the most friendly either which made the whole interaction even that more frustrating. Her exact verbiage when speaking to her store manger form her personal phone was “ I have a customer here who says “WE SUPPOSEDLY” sold him a pair of used shoes. Again, the shoes don’t look worn out just the bottom part look like they had been used. I then asked her to pull the footage from that day and she brushed off the idea and asked me to return to the store when her manger was in. So I’m thinking what do they pay you as a manger for if you can’t make those types of calls ? Overall, I’m very upset with the situation and even more frustrated with the manger Vanessa because she was unfriendly and unprofessional. Not like it matters or anything but NEVER COMING BACK!!!!
