I have never seen a crappier place, the staff is arrogant, tries to talk arrogantly, smiles in the face, as if the clients are underdeveloped. I sincerely ask the boss to send Carlosa Morana for retraining in communicating with clients.

Carlos was awesome! I had a tire issue while driving and called less than an hour before closing. Made it 20 minutes before closing and they assessed the tire and put on a new tire before closing. I was able to drive home safely.

Vic is the nicest and kindest service advisor!! Felt like he was my uncle looking out for me and the safety of my car and even recommended a shop for me to go for transmission service that they aren’t able to perform. I was so nervous about where to take my car after moving to a new city but Firestone has proven to have the most genuine and helpful members back home and here in my new one. Now I know my car and I are in good hands! Thank you again Vic and I will be back!!

Came in here a couple months back, and they replaced a tail light super fast. Today, break light replacement on the house! Super friendly staff.

Upon my arrival earlier today, I was informed that the staff was busy and unable to conduct the inspection at that time. I was advised to return in the afternoon when they would be available to assist me.
As suggested, I revisited the premises this afternoon when I understood that the inspection process would only require approximately 10 minutes of their time. However, to my disappointment, I was met with a response that indicated a lack of willingness to carry out the inspection as previously agreed upon.
I value your expertise and professionalism, and I trust that there may have been some confusion or miscommunication regarding the scheduled inspection.

The staff specifically Vic is awesome. I needed a service on my vehicle last minute and they were able to accommodate. Even if they would have said they no it would have been totally understandable. Regardless they were extremely friendly. If you want friendly honest service come here.
