I’m writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had at your Glendale Galleria location. What was meant to be a special and joyful day — my son’s birthday — was soured due to poor customer service and an overall lack of respect shown by the store’s general manager, Anthony.
I entered the store as a paying customer, ready to spend a significant amount of money not only on a pair of Jordan 5 Retros in size 9 but also on multiple other items. However, instead of being helped or valued, I was misled and treated poorly. Anthony informed me that the shoes were being held for someone who had called in earlier, despite the fact that I was physically present and ready to make a purchase. He made it clear that he would not sell them to me, and he showed zero effort in trying to assist me or offer any alternative solutions.
His dismissive attitude and unwillingness to help made it very clear that my business was not appreciated. Due to this negative interaction, I chose to leave the store and instead went to Shoe Palace, where I received the service and respect every customer deserves — and ended up spending $1,200 on my son’s birthday gifts.
It’s extremely disappointing that a reputable brand like Foot Locker would allow a store to operate with such poor customer service, especially from someone in a leadership position. I will no longer shop at the Glendale Galleria location and will think twice before doing business with Foot Locker in the future.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the customer experience — because what I experienced was unacceptable.

Bianca at this location was such a great help, she made our shopping experience so pleasant and easy. Very attentive . The entire staff was very nice . Definitely recommend this location

Horrible customer service nobody offered any help. I had to hunt down the workers and they took forever to get my shoes to try on. Some pairs they did not bring. Very disappointing customer service.

Went to footlocker at the Glendale galleria today around lunch time, I checked dicks sporting goods but wasn't impressed! I found a pair of Nikes I really liked and Nora helped me with my purchase! And was very nice , even gave me some great advice! She gave me great customer service and I'll be back! Thank you!

Leaving one star because there isn't an option for less. I'm leaving this review because CHRISTINA is the rudest employee there! She was so mean because I had asked her what time they close and she repeatedly told me to follow the Glendale hours. I told her that the online hours were incorrect and she didn't need to have an attitude and be rude. She said, "man, get the f*** outta here!" And the manager Anthony did nothing about it. I will be calling corporate everyday to make sure they get reprimanded. Don't go to this foot locker, because the employees there don't have a customer service manners.

Best service and associates were happy to help me with the item I wanted. They also have a great variety of shoes and clothes. Perfect for any gift! Thank you again to Rafael and the girl with redishbrownish hair(not sure what her name was) but she was very helpful too. Will come again for any future purchases .
