Today, I had my pedicure, which I am very happy with. Then I decided to have a 10 minutes foot massage. The massage was a little uncomfortable but she assured me it will feel good later.
She was right, i am not feeling pain while walking any more. I will make foot massage my weekly routine. 🌿🌿🙏🙏

I find it very disappointing to be a new customer and I had to wait an hour for my appointment even though I had already made my appointment I had to wait for a very long time. I was told that someone would be helping me in a few minutes but I didn't expect to have that long too wait. I figured it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait at most but an hour is really pushing it. And when the technician finally came to help me all she said was thank you for waiting not apologizing for taking so long. It's not good customer service to do that to customers and make them wait for a long time and they are new. I understand that the technicians are busy but there has to be better time management and making sure customers are feeling comfortable. I was not comfortable. I didn't think I would have to wait an hour either and not be told that it would take longer than a few minutes. The technician really didn't do a great job. Just mediocre. She didn't even give me a massage for my hands and arms and she barely gave me a massage for my feet and legs. She didn't help me out of the chair and she was really not very nice. I understand that the place was busy but I didn't feel taken care of by the staff. I read the reviews and thought this place would be a good place but I was disappointed with the long wait for an hour and the lack of communication and customer service. This was my first visit and more than likely my last. If I had driven myself I would have left but my friend took me so I waited but I don't think it is right for your staff not to be more diligent about time management and better customer service. Be attentive to all customers and make sure they are comfortable with how long it is taking especially when they made an appointment and they have to wait for a really long time and your staff needs to communicate better with the clients and not just talk about clients with other staff but make sure the client is comfortable and not waiting for an hour to get service especially when the client is new and not feeling comfortable with the lack of communication and customer care.

The first time I went in for a pedicure and manicure, it went well. Two ladies did the service and I was happy with it. The second time I went, Ben hurt my big toe and the discomfort has lasted for months of and on. He didn't do a good job with painting my nails either; the polish wasn't smooth. The staff is friendly.

This is beyond frustrating to write. Please keep in mind that this is the fourth time this has happened. I held off from writing this because I like Ben and wanted to believe things would change but the inconsideration as far as appointments is out of control and simply disrespectful at this point. There has been numerous occasions where I make an appointment and I walk in with someone just getting their set started. I always move my days around in order to respect the workers time, but also be productive with my own time. There's literally no point in making appointments because they are not taking into account when you actually show up.

Great customer service. All technicians are good and know all the techniques. Very easy to make appointment, even when it’s a last minute appointment or a minor fix. In fact, they are always busy. Prices are Very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

This is gelX. I have never had my gelX fall like this. I went in on Friday and Saturday morning first one fell. Went in to fix it and got no apologies. By Sunday one by one they fell off just like glued on drug store nails. 1. Please use decent products when you're charging your customers for it. 2. Learn to apologize when you messed up instead of asking me (What did you do?) 3. Don't waste peoples precious time. I will not be returning to this place.

Very reasonably priced & people are nice enough. Pedicure much better than manicure. Some of their polish is very old & chips immediately.

Foothill Salon was phenomenal! I walked in and was accommodated and welcomed immediately, Ben shaped my nails amazingly and Alice did a wonderful job on the design. Definitely coming back!

As an aging man, I have taken to treating myself to pedicures from time to time. For years past, I have tried out a new salon on each occasion, but never really found one which checked all of my boxes. Foothill Nail Salon is the place I had been seeking. I've visited three times now, and never been disappointed. You should also make this business your go-to source. Chick Lewis

I'm a little upset writing this review because i genuinely enjoy going to this salon and I've been going consistently for the past year. The issue I had was with one of their employees. She has done by gel pedicure three times now and every time she cuts me and messes up. This past time I went, I got black gel and my right big toe was completely messed up and I noticed after I got home. I just don't understand how you can mess up with gel since it gets cured under the blue light. She also cut me and I started bleeding and she does this every time. Disappointed and won't be going back.

Walking in I was immediately greeted, smiling faces everywhere. AMAZING COLORS. Many brands, many, many colors. Clean, well lit! Steven did my pedicure he's very friendly and gave me the perfect pedicure! Perry did my dip power ombre full set, she was quick and I love my nails!! Ez parking also a plus! Oh and did I mention they offer complimentary water and sodas as well! Thank you Ben and the rest of foothill nails

Ben and staff are amazing. I drive from LA just to get my nails and pedicures done. They are always so welcoming. The price is reasonable and the quality is great.
