I wanted to share my experience at Future Auto Sales in Glendale. From the moment I stepped to their premises I fell in love with my dark grey BMW grand coupe. I encountered Emin and he made my experience amazing and the process was very easy and fast.
Emin has a way with customers making us feel at ease comfortable. This is what you call great customer service!!
I am happy with my car and the price was just right for my budget. I highly recommend Future Auto Sales and ask for Emin to get the best experience in your auto shopping!!

Nice staff and pretty helpful. However, the car was pretty dirty, and they didn't wash the car before selling it, and they only put about 3 gallons of gas in it when it was on empty. Negotiating the price was OK. We paid on the higher end of bluebook value but that was mainly because they could see how much my dad wanted the car. I would go back but I would insist on the car being detailed in the future.

I wish I could give Future Auto Sales 100 stars! My husband and I needed to trade in our car that had a lot of negative equity. Victoria helped us get into a 2017 Hyundai Sonata, and was so pleasant to work with. Vince and Jesse worked really hard on negotiating a great deal. The entire staff was so kind and lovely to work with. They really helped us out of a tricky spot with the car we brought in, and got us into a much nicer and safer vehicle. Future Auto Sales is very professional the best dealership experience in my 63 years Alex as well as the rest of the staff was very pleasant & respectful Alex it was a pleasure doing business with you & the whole experience was delightful as it was a busy Saturday you were attentive & communicative at every step as you had a multilayer of things going on with the business being a busy Saturday having a delightful smile while also answering my concerns & taking care of them I appreciate that I'm very happy with my purchase. The most transparent car buying experience ever. After weeks of being baited with deals that didn’t exist, pricey “dealer installed” add ons and dishonest sales tactics , I showed up incredibly skeptical. I could not have been the easiest customer, but Victoria was so patient and accommodating and in the end I drove away with a great car for my daughter at a very fair price.

They reached out to me trying to buy my car. I make an appointment to get an appraisal (which they said wouldnt take more than 20 minutes). I waited for over 2 hours while 3 different people looked at my car. Then without apology or further explanation, gave back my key, said “we have too many of these in stock”, and left. (Btw they had zero makes or models of my car in their lot). Place is a waste of time and unprofessional. Dont come here to sell or buy cars.

These guys are absolutely amazing just bought my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Off Road from Arthur and all his other beautiful family a couple months back for a great deal. Super easy process honest car salesman which is very hard to come by in these trying times. God bless Arthur for giving me such an amazing truck. He gave me a coupon for an oil change for purchasing the truck through his dealership. He also threw in a 40 point inspection and free tire rotation as a bonus such a great guy to work with. He even blessed me with the upgraded Liqui Molly Oil for no extra charge amazing performance! Has my new Toyota running like a AMG Mercedes with that super sporty feel and trusted German engineering. God Bless this dealership and all its wonderful employees. Also even if you don’t purchase a vehicle from this great family run operation I highly recommend their super stylish and cozy Service Center out in Burbank had some amazing local pastries and all the complimentary drinks you could ever ask for. God Bless these guys!!!!

I have never bought a used car before but Future Auto Sales made it quick and easy. Alex and Jesse were my go to people who helped me find just what I was looking for at a great price and even helped me with any concerns I had. They helped me through every step of the way and made sure the car I was getting was top shape and worth the price. They helped me check Experian and CarFax to see what history the car had and helped me do an inspection to make sure I was getting a good car. I would recommend for anyone to go here when looking for a used or new car. Thanks FAS.

I actually came by here to check out a CRV that may have been potentially my next car, but I was still on the fence about it. Victoria was my representative at the time and she was extremely helpful. Professional and courteous while helping me achieve my goal of a SUV. I didn't end up getting the car and for the past month and a half, I was still looking for one. Even after I had left the lot, she kept in touch via helping me get a car from their dealership and was keeping an eye out for specifics card (mostly a 4runner or any other SUV I would be interested in.)
I may not have bought a car from this dealership but the representative that helped me during the past month and a half (Victoria, even long after I had left the lot) still kept communications open. If this dealership has employees like her, then they are the ones carrying the business in which most businesses should be striving for. Well deserved 5 stars

All I can say is WOW! Emin is the man! I had first stopped at Future Auto Sales in my search for an EV but unfortunately we could not make a deal, but I told Emin to keep me in mind if something suitable comes along and I was in no hurry. A couple weeks later, Emin contacts me and offers me a Tesla Y performance that I had no hope of even getting in my budget. SCORE!!!!
The car has been amazing, Emin made it all happen & Jesse is very pleasant to work with! I wish I lived closer to Future Auto Sales because everytime I go there, I am like a kid in a candy store. They definitely hand pick quality cars! You will not find junk here! I am in the market for two more EV's by the end of this year & I hope we can do business again. Ilove giving my business to places like Future Auto Sales vs the traditional stealership. You guys rock! And I am definitely a lifetime customer!
