We are currently here in Glendale and the service is so bad. The staff pretends they don't see you. The first server Jesse introduced himself, and gave us single plate of each meat we selected and never went back. I asked the Lady manager with a Soda refill and never came back. Then come Adam. Called his attention and answered me with a poker face. He never showed interest in helping. The only person who helped us is Bexe. She was not our server but the only person who saw us waving most of the time.By the way, Jesse came back to ask if there's something else we need when we are almost done.On the good side, meat quality is good.

Went in between lunch and dinner rush for AYCE, around 3:30pm. Very quick to get a table as there was ample seating during this time. QR code for menu. Went with the dinner menu. Solid choices of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood, both marinated and non-marinated. I always get the brisket and beef belly which are on par with other places. Got the marinated pork which was fine but they only offer the thicker slice, maybe 1/4 inch slices which give it a nice chew but I do prefer thinly-sliced that gets crispier.Service checked up on us pretty regularly and were consistent with grill changes so it never stayed smokey for very long.My only gripe is that they don’t offer an included dessert option with the AYCE. The closest thing to dessert is their hotteok, which is sort of like a stuffed pancake with sweet filling of nuts and sugar. But all in all, a very positive experience and will be visiting again.Parking: There’s a parking garage across from the restaurant. First 90 minutes free.

Walk in gave my name .. wait 30 minutes then I sit , the three couples before us gave their name and sat right away .. okay no problem then they tell us no beef brisket and no beef bulgugi, I said okay not bad whatever we will try some other stuff .. next our waitress was rushing and not really listening what we ask for .. had to constantly remind her to bring stuff that we actually ordered, then I see other tables getting beef brisket and I say hmm they are trying to really push their premium menu by lying about not having their most popular item. Our waitress brought our check out when we didn’t ask for it implying us to get out as soon as possible , next they said my card didn’t work I told them try Tap it will work , the person lied and said they tried that and it didn’t work I said let me show you to do it , “ you’re not allowed at the host stand” did you really think I’m born yesterday ? All these new employees lazy know it all.. only person who worked well is Kris who listened smiled and changed the grille board without asking .. give her a raiseAfter just to show that my card did work and the person charging my card is incompetent I bought a macaroon ice cream sandwich using that same card told her use tap and “wallah” the card workedThis place is not what it used to be

Review by my daughter, and I couldn't agree more.This place isn't the best at all, the workers were slow, for example we didn't get out drinks until mid-way they also looked stressed. The worker Max was probably the best out of all he didnt seem stressed, but at the same time, it looked like he had just started his shift. Vents barely worked. There was smoke all over the place. Food was alright, but the rice paper was very messy and looked like if a dog bit it. The bathroom toilets were very hard to flush aswell it took multiple times to flush it fully.

Number one WORSE KBBQ spot ever! And let me tell you why.I’ve been to this location once about 3-4 years ago. After that first time, it was still the worse spot ever. Briskets were frozen and super dry, the meats overall did not taste good. Fast forward to this week being my second time, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. You would think that there’ll be some improvements on their food, but nope. How wrong was I. Briskets were still very dry, frozen, and had a thicker cut than normal briskets at other kbbq spots. We got the steak, and TWO times it came out with mostly fat than lean! Just look at the picture I posted! Like wth is that?! I don’t know if each Gen location has a different owner, but if they do, this owner is cheap! Finding all the best possible ways to maximize sales and profit while selling low-grade meat!Save yourself from this location! Take your time and money elsewhere!

Been to other locations in other states, this location was not up to expectationsMajor disconnect between servers and runners. The whole hall is covered by a single server. i was expecting to leave full, but instead i left exhausted from waiting.

The food was good. Our waitress did not want to be there she was horrible. If I could give her no stars or minus stars, I would I've been there before and never had a problem, it was in the afternoon on a Saturday. Maybe she had to get up early for work!!!!Parking: Parking is African the street in a parking garage. It's not limited to this restaurant it's for all stores in that area.

The food was great.We had Brisket and most of it was not very fatty except for the last plate.The service was good there was a couple times we were left alone for too long waiting for foodOverall a good experience I would definitely go back

Horrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes for a grill change, and every time we asked for something they would either ignore us or take 20 minutes to get it.

Wow. What is there to say. Ever since the recent changes, the quality of this place has gone down severely. This was one of my favorite places to go to, but just came back home and i was disappointed. Service is really bad today and the last few times I've gone it was the same. Waited 25 minutes for the first round to come, never got our side salad, which was one of the first things ordered until an hour had already passed. Our waitress seemed to be ignoring us and serving all the other tables. Only got 1 round of meat in the whole hour and a half since it came out so late. When we tried to order our second round, the waitress said, "Okay," and after 20 minutes of waiting she passed by again and said "everything okay? Should i get you the check?" We didnt want to wait anymore so we just decided sure the check is fine. First time I unfortunately left no tip because of how disappointed I was. If possible check out another place or drive half an hour more to get it in Korea Town. Very much more worth it.
