Comparison of two Genesis Dealers: 1) Glendale: Quoted me $15,000 more than the Corona dealer on a vehicle; For recall service, valet service appt was not available for 2 months; Took the car in for a service and was told it would take 7 hours with no courtesy ride to from home; Staffs avoids eye contact in order to avoid assistance; no designated parking for service vehicles. 2) Corona: Called and reminded me of recall and service; Offered valet service on the same day; Since I was out of 30 mile range, offered to meet me at a location within 30 miles with a loaner vehicle; Offered me a complimentary Starbucks drink. How are the managment of these two dealers so different? Genesis need to look into Glendale management.

Brought car in for service and was told my oil change was included, come to find out they made a mistake and I was charged for it. It was fine as I agreed to pay for the service, but then the car was returned dirty and still has issues I took it in for warranty for.

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Alex Lira was incredible to work with. He was upfront and honest from start to finish. Every question we had was addressed professionally and fairly. He really went above and beyond for us. My Dad also agreed this was the best car purchase experience he has ever had. The sales manager, Moe, even called the day before our visit to introduce himself and ask if we had any questions or needed information about directions/parking. Michael from finance was a class act as well; he made signing the documents quick & easy and was not pushy in any way when presenting optional packages. You can also really see by the way all the employees interact with each other that this is a genuine team of people who work for your benefit, not personal gain. A team that works together will always work better and harder for you as the customer. I would highly recommend ANYONE AND EVERYONE who wants a superb car buying experience to Genesis of Glendale.

Nightmare dealership. Went to buy a GV80. Was wearing sweatpants and hoodie. I guess they thought I was a young kid looking to waste their time. Told me no cars were available to even look at. They did not want to bring it out. Looks like some mafia shop.Bought my GV80 at Corona Genesis instead. Later bought Ioniq 5 at Palm Springs Hyundai. Came back here to post review after 2 years because I was due service for my GV80 and it reminded me.

Unacceptable costumer service considering this is suppose to be a “luxury brand”. It took a finance manager two plus weeks to get back to us about our case. Feels as if the entire dealership is avoiding the reality that the car they sold us broke down 3 days into our purchase. Now we have been dealing with the stress of a lemon law since September, since the dealership is avoiding all our calls. They also have lied on our paperwork about mileage on the car.

This reading would in fact be two stars if not for the great service provided by the beautiful and kind Ashley and the service Director Jeff does doing everything he can to make Genesis of Glendale your go to spot for automotive needs and also Keith they took care of the loaner situation super fast super easy I couldn’t of asked for a better experience and the two stores is coming from my last experience dealing with the previous team.

Horrible sales service. I was trying to buy a car and getting any pricing is impossible… the sales people never call back and when you call them you sit on hold for up to five minutes / I gave up and hung up.I know their voicemail message by heart - insane.They’re literally minutes from where I live and wanted to buy local.Meanwhile a dealer an hour away responded immediately and will even drive the car to me.

Once they get your money, you’re on your own. I leased a 2023 G70 ($56k MSRP). A month later the cameras stopped working. I contact the dealership and the send someone, who was very nice, to pick up the car. The horror begins afterward: zero communication. No response to messages or voicemail mails. The car stays there for a month, then sent back unfixed and parts of it are unscrewed and left in the trunk. The same scenario happens again a month later.Completely incompetent service department.

Zaira Pabon is an amazing Service Advisor. Very quick in and out. She always gets all the issues resolved. Always keeps me informed with service status. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this dealership and would not go anywhere else.

The manager nonchalantly quoted me $1100/month with $10k down for a 3-year lease for GV60. Within a day, I was able to get it for $650/month out-the-door. What is up with this dealership? The only positive experience was with the salesman, Nareg, who was very nice to us. Beware of their pricing.

I went into Genesis of Glendale and was helped by Paolo and Alex I was able to get through the whole experience in under 30 minutes. They showed me this beautiful Elantra hybrid blue and I fell in love with it they let me test drive it and helped me get through the whole process with ease. I plan to comeback to the same dealership for any future purchases. I'm overall completely satisfied with the process from start to finish they made it so easy for me, I don't think anywhere else would have made the process of purchasing a car this smooth. Thank you Paolo and Alex I am very happy with the car and purchase experience.

My wife and I stopped by Genesis of Glendale after checking other dealerships on Brand Boulevard of Cars. I met Michael, a salesman at Hyundai who introduced me to Christian who represented Genesis. After expressing my interest in both the GV70 and GV80, Christian drove me to their auxiliary lot and allowed me to test drive a couple of vehicles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout our interactions. I purchased a GV70 and must say it was a pleasure working with Christian. Overall a great buying experience.
