If I can give 0 star, I would. I was supposed to purchase a 2020 lexus nx hybrid from them and decided to get a loan thru my credit union. While I was getting my check from the credit union, they asked for a 1000 non-refundable deposit to take the vehicle off the market. To show my good faith, I signed the contract and gave them my 1000 dollar deposit via email. I love the car and willing to spend 1000 dollars for them to take it off from the market. As soon as they received my card information, this salesman said if I am on my way because there is a 12noon appointment for someone to see the car. Seriously, i just gave you a 1000 dollars non refundable deposit so you can take the car off the market and you are telling me, someone will see the car and according to your manager that it is gonna be first come first serve basis? OMG...Imagine my worries about my 1000 dollars. I lost my trust to these guys when I heard that. I immediately deactivated my card before they charged it and it is not refundable. Told them they can have their car and I cancelled my loan application through the credit union. I just want to share this experience. Be aware!!!!

I went in last Saturday to get a new vehicle as my current lease was up. Joseph Park was extremely helpful throughout the entire experience. I had done a good amount of prep work before arriving but Joseph filled in all the blanks without feeling pushy or putting any pressure on me. The entire experience was painless and as most know that is not always the case. Kudo's to Raul and Diego for their roles in getting me into my new vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience at Glendale Infiniti! My salesperson, Victoria, was amazing and I would highly recommend her. I originally came in to get my old Infiniti serviced. While I was there, I decided to test drive a newer model. Victoria was really knowledgable and helpful. She was very patient with me as I was unsure if I wanted to purchase something immediately. Over the next few weeks, I looked at a number of Infinitis at Glendale Infiniti and at other Infiniti dealerships. I can definitely say the best experience was at Glendale Infiniti and with Victoria. She was extremely helpful as I returned on a number of occasions to test drive a few more vehicles. Ultimately, I made a decision and decided on a beautiful mocha almond QX50. She made the process of buying very easy. She explained all of my financing options, and I never felt pressured or like I was getting a hard sell. After I purchased my car, I needed to return to have a few little things taken care of, and again, she was amazingly helpful, making sure I was happy with every aspect of my purchase. I was very happy with the experience and with the deal I received. I would highly recommend Victoria and Glendale Infiniti.

I had an amazing leasing experience at Glendale INFINITI! I worked with Roger Baghdasarians and I couldn't be more pleased with my new car. Roger sent me a very competitive offer from the start and I didn't feel overwhelmed by the process. I told him that I didn't want to spend all day at the dealership when I picked up my car, so he made sure to take care of as much of the process in advance as possible. On my pick up day, I was in and out of the dealership in no time. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Roger B.

After spending a month shopping around, I ended buying from Glendale Infiniti even though there are 3 Infiniti dealerships closer to me. And I'm so glad I did. This was the most complicated transaction I've ever had buying/leasing a car and there were many parts of the deal that could have gone sideways. I actually had to trust a car dealership which has always been a rule of mine not to.I worked with Sean Zakarian, with supporting cast from Peter Kim, Diego, and Gabriel. All of which were classy, professional, and straight shooters.The main takeaway is that they did everything they said they would, no games, no last minute attempts to throw in a hidden cost, and respectfully offered other add-ons. I'll be back in the future for services and to buy my next Infiniti.

Unfortunately I can no longer give this dealership a good review. I've leased 2 of my vehicles from Glendale infiniti and had a very pleasant experience.However, I recently bought out my lease and was offered additional coverage insurance, which I hesitantly purchased. The finance manager (Diego Cervantes) assured me if I changed my mind, it was super easy to just cancel. I ended up wanting to cancel it a month later. I emailed him and called him numerous times throughout the months of November - December. I had to go through the sales dept to FINALLY get a hold of him in January. He said I needed to go in person which I did and said my reimbursement would be mailed to me sometime in March... it is now nearly JULY and still haven't gotten any reimbursement and of course, no response to any emails or calls. I feel so duped by this man, it's a shame the dealership employs these kind of people.This used to be such a good dealership... such a disappointment!

Huge thanks to the staff at Glendale Infiniti, especially Rory, for providing exceptional assistance in purchasing a used vehicle in pristine condition. The team took great care in ensuring all of our questions and concerns were answered, allowed us to take the time for additional test drive, as well as an inspection. Diego was great at processing all of the paperwork quickly and easily. Some time after the purchase, Rory reached out to check in and see how we and the car were doing. Great personal touch. The whole experience was well worth the drive from Palm Springs!

Vehicle returned with damaged rims after service appointment. Dealer refuses to pay for damages. I've been a customer of Glendale Infiniti for over a decade. I've purchased genuine dealership parts for every Infiniti I've owned and have taken my current car to Glendale Infiniti for every service and repair needed. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars at Infiniti, but I would not recommend Glendale Infiniti after my vehicle was damaged while it was being serviced!Please DO NOT visit this location, the service department is sloppy and will damage your vehicle. I took my car in for a brake job, an alignment and 4 new tires. I came out with with my rims completely destroyed. My vehicle was not ready until 2 hrs after their service center closed, I was then asked to pay before taking delivery of my vehicle. I paid nearly $1500 to have my rims ruined. When I noticed the damage, they had closed for the weekend and were unavailable. I left several voicemails and was ignored for days. I finally visited the dealership in person, days later, to discuss the vehicle damage with the service center manager and request repairs. I asked to review the pictures of my vehicle that their employee took during his inspection of my vehicle before my service appointment. Upon review of the pictures there was clearly no rim damage when I dropped my vehicle off for service. The issue should have ended there, my vehicle was dropped off with no damage and picked up with damaged rims. However, the service manager and service employees continued to give me the run around and claimed that the pictures taken on a new model ipad were "not clear enough" to show damage on rims. We are talking about a modern day digital photo with zoom options. I asked to speak to the general manager, he then claimed that it was statistically impossible for one of his technicians to make a mistake. I asked him to review the photos with me as they were clearly dated and time stamped prior to my service appointment and taken on their iPad; he refused to review the photos in my presence and claimed they were too grainy. The photos are perfectly clear enough to distinguish between a damaged and an undamaged rim. I asked for their liability insurance carrier information to file a claim for the cost of the repair to my rims and I was denied. The GM claimed that I did not purchase my vehicle from his dealership anyway so there was nothing else he could do. Now I'm stuck with a set of 4 damaged ruins when all I went in for was new tires and brakes. Before and after pictures below. All 4 rims are damaged in the exact same spots and in identical patterns, machine marks are clearly visible. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT GLENDALE INFINITI
