I was visiting out of town and my daughter recommended this salon for a cut and styling. Got a great cut and styling from Renee, who thoroughly understands difficult hair. The salon has a lovely, relaxed shabby chic vibe and everyone there is welcoming and makes the experience both relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I booked a massage and a pedicure, and both were excellent — very relaxing and professionally done. Glendale Salon and Spa is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The atmosphere is calming and beautifully decorated, making it perfect for relaxation. I got a haircut and facial, and both services exceeded my expectations. The staff is skilled, friendly, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and looking my best. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I had been doing my facial with Iris for more than a year already and she is very patient, friendly, she has been advising me on how to take care of my skin and thanks to her and the Aveda products the texture of my skin had been got a lot better. I got my hair colored by a very nice lovely young lady. She was very patient and informative and I would definitely come back. We were having such a nice time talkibg I forgot to get her name! But I am including a pic of her I got off the website!

Went for the first time yesterday after struggling to find a salon I can both trust an afford. I went with Nadia, a new talent. She did great. I love the color, and she actually listened to me when I asked for only 1 inch to be cut off, which is so important to me since I've always asked for 1-2 inches off an ended up with a minimum of 4 being cut. Though I only get my hair done 1-2 times a year, I will be coming back and asking or Nadia each time.

I had horrible hair color done here. The stylist had zero clue on how to apply demi-perm color--she actually walked away mid color to mix more dye. She was so slow, I grew concerned. In the end, she ended up leaving the color on so long, despite my warning,, that months later I still have a harsh inky brown that never 'gradually faded'. She was apologetic. Never again.

First of all when I called, the receptionist had a very bad attitude when I asked about the ingredients, she told me to ask the stylist at my 15 min consultation. I was very specific that I didn't want to book an apt if they use chemicals in their products but she wouldn't tell me over the phone. So I decided to book an apt for the color service. When I was there the stylist told me that they do use ammonia in the hair color and I then told her that I asked the front desk and she wouldn't tell me what the ingredients are and therefore I didn't know they had ammonia in their hair color. I decided to not go thru with the color and leave. They told me it will be a $15 consultation fee. I said ok and as I was paying the rude receptionist said "Remember I told you the hair color has ammonia, I guess we will have to call someone on the waiting list to fill in your spot." I guess to make me feel guilty and for me to buy something. I found that completely uncalled for and not classy. Also the stylist kept telling me I should get a conditioning treatment and haircut. I didn't come in for that so I didn't appreciate them trying to sell me unnecessary things just to make money. Would not come back.

I'm on day two of the most perfect hair cut for me, thanks to Iris! I wanted something new and easy to style and care for and she tamed my curls and gave me the cutest and most easy bangs I could have asked for! I'm so grateful for her vision and expertise in crafting a cut that works for my texture and style - she's such a pro!

My favorite salon. Yes I am biased because I used to work there, but it's been over six years. The staff continues to treat me like family and my hair always looks amazing and I am the most picky. You can see any stylist to fit your price point and you will not be disappointed with skill or charm. I know for a fact that everyone has continued education that is expected and they're constantly learning new, fun trends. Go here, get good hair and a new friend. Also yelp, don't remove the love.
