I got a set of 4 new tires at America’s Tire next door and due to my extremely uneven tire wear and bad alignment they recommended I visit Jorge at Glendale Alignment next door. I went over and he was very nice and got to work on my car all while explaining to me any issues along the way (rust, use of torch, etc).He also explained any issues that may arise later due to some minor oil leaks and the condition of my steering rack all of which tracks with what I was aware of.His work and conduct was great and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future suspension repairs on my Impreza.

Just did my suspension and needed an alignment that same day everyone turned me down except the nice gentleman working here. Very professional, good pricing, I overall recommend. Quickly answered the phone and did not hesitate on telling me to come in. They also have a new alignment machine allowing for a perfect alignment.

George takes pride in his work. I came in with a new set of tires needing an alignment. I already knew it was going to be bad. George got the truck up and noticed right away. He came back and updated me on the degree of misalignment and that he would likely take twice a long to fix. Fair price and honest service. Thanks!

I brought in my car to get an alignment done. The work they do here is top-notch. My alignment is now better than the factory alignment. Price was great and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you! Highly recommend!

This is an honest review. I was charged $80 for an alignment on my Honda Civic which the owner comes to find out in the process one of the front front tie rod needed to be replaced due to the rubber been broken. Still continue the alignment. Once completed I was charged and provided a copy of my receipt but not the alignment numbers which I had to ask. (-.-) Then I asked, if he had the charge again once I had the tie rod charged which he replied $50. So, I told him I'll bring it back. Insight- In the past when doing an alignment an something needed to be changed and came back within their warranty days they would've taken care of it. Got my tie rod (RF and RF) changed that same day at my mechanic which advised me that I should be changed for the realignment depending their warranty. Took my car back the next day early morning around 10ish. While getting out the car no cars being serviced and once I walked in his office he was shocked I was back so soon and was told me I should've called because he has appointments. First of all, he never told me that knowing I was coming back nor does his website display that!! Fast forward, I came back later that day just very upset for the lack of communication. When I came back he said he had another appointment. Although, somehow took me in and nobody came in while my car was being realigned again for an extra cost of $50 and I still had to ask for the realignments assessment again!!! Pros- 35 yrs of experience (as he said) Love how he sanitizer the door and steering wheel Cons- Customer service Lack of communication Tips- Call before going in (don't chances as walk-Ins) No warranty mentioned nor offer 2 star rating due to his work experience Customer service is something that needs to improve.

George took care of my recently lifted 1st Gen Sequoia after getting a new set of tires from America’s next door. I expressed interest in seeing what kind of adjustments he was making to the camber, caster and toe and he was nice enough to explain and show me the changes each step of the way. He was thorough enough to point out and correct some faulty steering alignment work that another shop had performed after the lift install. All at a fair price and in timely manner. I’ll be back for realignment in the future.

Mom and pop shop. Friendly and pleasant owner. Got my keys and completed a whole sanitation process. Sprayed my keys, wheel, chair, door and covered my seat. Explained the details of the before and after for wheel alignment. Thanks for a wonderful experience George.

George was friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient! His prices are reasonable. The shop is located right next to America’s Tire, so it’s convenient to get a tire alignment after replacing your tires since America’s Tire does not provide tire alignment service. Seems like a mom and pop kind of shop, support local!!

Bad alignment, redone it, still bad, also unscrewed one motor mount, so it will fell off and make noises. Very bad

Called the day before and was told to come in the next day. When I arrived the next day, they were fixing the broken alignment machine, therefore I could not get my vehicle serviced. So I made a trip to the shop or nothing !

I took my car in for a 4-wheel alignment a few weeks ago. I called the dah before and the guy said he could take the car the next day. It was quick and easy. My one tip, if you choose to leave your car, is call to check if it's ready as you may not get a call otherwise. I really appreciate they took precautions to sanitize my car and make as minimal contact as possible amidst the covid-19 outbreak.

!!! Warning - the $70 Yelp check-in price will not be honored !!! The owner says that offer was something someone else made happen and he could not get Yelp to stop advertising it. Otherwise, I was given the supposedly discounted price of $80 for a 4-wheel alignment based on the referral by Jamar at America's Tire Co next door, where I just got four new tires. No one was here so my car was worked on immediately. The waiting room is a storage space that smells moldy. The worker asked me if my Subaru Outback is an Impreza Outback or a Legacy Outback. I Googled to find out that the Impreza Outback was only built from 1994-2011 so my 2015 must be a Legacy Outback. The work took about 45 minutes.
