So, I wanted to change a jeans but I lost the receipt. This old guy there that looks a supervisor and arrogant wont let me, inspite of the tag still attached to it. I mean come on, what about a little consideration. This is a used clohing store. I think they should also offer store credit since they don't allow fitting anymore.

I just want to give a shoutout to Vanessa, she has a very enthusiastic personality and a great attitude . She is a good example what a good customer service there is. Ive seen her there all the time and just always greet people with a smile. Keep up the good work and Smile Vanessa :-)

We loved this place. Thrifters from Australia and when we heard the 'Can I get a meow ? MEOW !" Over the speaker it was hilariousIs that just a once off or do they do that everyday ? Would love to knowAnyway we liked the store and will come back on our next trip

Last night, while I was innocently shopping, minding my own business, Lakeesha(sp?), the manager, whispers to me "are you supposed to be shopping here?" I responded in shock and very offended, "what are you talking about?!"She continued to talk to me about "last time" and how I had a bag.... No idea what she was talking about it.She continued to say she had the camera footage and she will show me.I scoffed, go ahead, show me the camera footage because I have no idea who you think I am. She continued to call me "honey," and say we'll you know what I'll let you shophere today, but next time you can't. I said repeatedly, "do you want to check my ID I have no idea what you're talking about."With no apology, she continued to act like I was a criminal. I demanded the number of the regional manager. I Said it's not right for innocent customers to be treated this was. She took me to her office and got me the number and I demanded an apology.... And finally after about 25 minutes she had a rude a** smirk and said she was sorry. She continued to question me, did you come in with a bag?I said yea, my exchanges, is that not allowed?!She said it was.So I don't know who she thought I was, but I've never been treated so horribly. I'm a customer that comes in all the time. But this goodwill is just going downhill. I'll be calling the regional manager on Monday morning. This eagle rock location is so rude.I did nothing wrong and was treated like a criminal. Calm yourselves, you work at Goodwill, not Chanel. I hope the people in charge talk to her about customer service skills, because she has ABSOLUTELY none.

A men's Siut was priced @$49.00, which was not a bad price for the Suit. HOWEVER, Ttag said Men's Suit 2 of 2 for the Price, yet pants were not with the Suit Jacket & when I as about this & the price as to Blazer price and the confusion of the Tag making 2 of 2. A young man told me they might have been misplaced and to look for them, this was reasonably, and askedhim if I can't find them can the Price be adjusted to a single Blazer in which he stated he can ask. I looked all over store including women's are and even had young man's help.When we were unable to obtain the pants to Suit as makered he when & ask someone in the back. He returned " saying that the person said that will still be the price, he appears confusion as I and Apologize that no No adjustment could be done. I was still willing to get the jacket but the more I thought about it I asked to Speak to a manager Over what seemed to be not a big For the person in the back but as a customer I felt blown off. I shop at this goodwill in my community as support for small businesses though it's a corporation. When a so called manager Heard my concern she turned around and said that 1 label on the sleeve that reflected a price in one label Is a portion of the lapel Meant 2 of 2 as in not a man's suit 2 of 2 as I have normally purchased suits here but 2 of 2 labels Is that reflected that price of that suit coat. Any men who have bought suits know there's a difference between laser and suit coat. I just decided to leave it alone though it was a nice suit coat and would have made a great suit. I was in the midst of buying 4 additional items but Her explanation turn me off As a customer And a person who understands English And can read labels. Which brings me to this post, I would have let it go but given that we're so clearly correct in pronounce of identification as human beings I find it appalling To dismiss a customer based on Is happen stance and/or miss placement. From what I understand about customer servit is we always make an efforto understand the customer for them to return. Be sure to understand that I looked at the blazers to see if the 2 of 2 labels were on them as well and it just wasn't sorry. So I left and I felt like I needed to express it without Rationalizing the mistake That they weren't willing to own and make the adjustment for the customer. I hope goodwill's business model isn't Going to reflect 2023. Or window advertisement on the building shows. Shop with love, Hope. Jobs. Future. Donate. Empower. They should add 1 more which would be the customer is is always wrong.

I just called for something simple. To see if I can donate or of they took donations. Let me tell you the attitude I received from the person made me not even bother going later to donate. I've read that this place has had issues with customer service sucks nothing has been done about it.

I give this Goodwill location a ZERO. I just dropped off multiple big bags of little used clothes and got a rude ear-full from the guy receiving the stuff. They have a basket on a raised step, much above head level. He wanted me to hoist everything into this impossibly placed basket. When I asked for assistance, he flat out refused: it's not my job. I asked for his name and he refused to give it, saying instead, 'you don't need to donate your s*** here anymore.' Those were his exact words. Rude and batshit crazy staff! I'm never coming here again. Going back to Out of the Closet next time. Not giving to some creepy proselytizing charity that no doubt preys on the poor to begin with and hires assholes.

PRICES have gone up like crazy!!! This is no longer the Goodwill we know and love. They're priced at Ross and Marshalls prices for USED stuff! I'd rather go to Ross or Marshalls to get the same stuff for cheaper and NEW!$19.99 for an old clock??? $12.99 for an ugly sweater (with a Ross tag attached but the price was ripped off because it was probably cheaper at Ross)??These people are out of their minds!
