My favorite Goodwill store. I have found the best items, including entertainment-related clothing and items, great appliances, toys and household items. Best selection and prices, too.

The clothes are too expensive, there are torn and used clothes for 10 dollars or more, that's why I got a new dress at Ross, the things that are well-known brands are sold at almost the same price as in a normal store...

I came here on 8/31 and a man at the register I think his name was Danny or Manny helped me out. very kind and professional, great customer service. this store is more organized than most and has a lot of really nice name brand stuff.

I think i had the same experience as Carlos R. below. Had an SUV packed with great stuff to donate. The attendant didn't lift a finger to help unload the stuff onto the cart. On top of that he then asked me to separate everything into the proper metal bins while he stared at his phone. I told him, I was done. He didn't offer a receipt for the donations so I just left. I understand that some people use charities to get rid of junk, but I only give items in good condition as I have no problems throwing stuff in the garbage. I've contacted 4 charities about picking up a terrific dining set and none do it now. One said they would if i put it out on my curb. If I have to go to that trouble, I'll just let the neighborhood porch pirates have at it. GoodWill is by far the worst, their Glendale location is just as bad with employees apathetic or even hostile having to do their jobs.

Came here to donate a bunch of items and was treated like crap by the snobbiest guy to ever work at a Goodwill. Not even looking up from their phone: "That doesn't go in that bin, no the other bin, no the other-other bin." "No, we don't help moving or sorting your items." "They won't accept those you should just keep them." I'm literally giving you items for free that you flip and make a profit with and you treat me like that? Never coming back to this Goodwill. @$$holes

Pros: pretty organized. Didn’t have a super weird smell. Staff was friendly and helpful. Large selection of kids clothes. Good variety of women’s clothes. Lots of home goods/ kitchen stuff too! Wins: Found a great pair of pj pants for $4 that retail for $140!!! They were in great shape. Also, bought 100% cotton overalls for $6 that would normally be $50-$100. Cons: No baby section.

This is the best Goodwill I've ever been to. Huge selection on clothing and household items. It's clean and the employees are friendly and wonderful. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

I really like this goodwill and have been coming here for years It's been hard with the no fitting rooms. So I buy a lot and end up having to exchange a whole lot bc nothing fits or nothing suits my liking. I try my best to do my exchanges same week bc then I'll forget and the 30 days go by and I can't exchange anymore. Today one of the employees was watching me as I looked around in the store. This has never happened to me. And then when it was time to check out I went to do an exchange. the manager was analyzing my tags for my exchange and it looked like she questioned it. Even though I had bought these items yesterday at another store. Now if I buy at another store and exchange at another store is bc every store has different stuff. She even wrote all the items names and colors on my tags. This has never happened before. And honestly it made me feel like I was being targeted. I always spend over 50$ at any given goodwill. But if I can't try anything on of course I'm going to exchange. I was going to say something but I guess every goodwill is different.

This is a stellar goodwill. Very well organized with a great variety of home goods and decor. I think this is the best non clothes section of a goodwill I've found in LA. As for the stock, I went in hoping to find a few more Christmas presents for people and absolutely scored. Unfortunately for my wallet I found a million things that I loved. Some of the highlights I found were a brand new dresses with tags on perfect for friends, a 5 piece English tea cup set with stunning blue design, and a lovely leather purse. Absolutely recommend checking this place out.

Never have I ever been so humiliated and disgusted by the way I was treated, especially by someone who's supposed to represent a professional charitable organization. I've had my fair share of run-ins with people that I felt had no business to be serving in the public sector, but by far this representative at this particular goodwill, Jenny, is the absolute worst. They listed a pair of shoes for $7, but as soon as I brought the shoes to the register Jenny quickly said "Oh no this is not the correct price! You have to pay $20 for these shoes." and proceeded to rip the tag off of the shoes and quickly take them to the back stock room. This is fraud! We asked why when we're in California and professional retailers are required to honor the price that something is labeled otherwise it will be considered a bait and switch or false advertising. Jenny, who stated she was the store manager, proceeded to yell at my husband and myself in front of our two children and kicked us out the store despite the fact that we had just purchased a huge bag worth of merchandise. When I pulled out my camera, Jenny SCREAMED at us and threatened to report us and said I could not record their behavior and abusive language towards us and told us to leave or they would file some sort of an incident report, which we took to state that they were threatening to call the police. We are considering filing a charge with the Federal trade commission regarding this matter and we will never ever shop at Goodwill ever again. This is really sad because this is primarily where we come to find quality goods which has been in rare supplies lately anyway. The prices have gone up the quality of clothing and customer service has gone all the way down, so it's no longer advantageous for families looking for a good bargain on nice clothes to come here anymore without being threatened and overpriced for used shabby clothing.
