One staff member. Was waiting to pay for over 15mins to check out. Not ok especially since this is a busy holiday season. They need more staff about 3 people walked out and said they would order online.

I have been shopping at Gorjana for a few years now and have only ever had great experiences with the ladies that work there. Big thank you to Priscilla and Cece for helping me pick out pieces to try on & for going above and beyond. They made the entire shopping experience a 10/10!

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love this store and the unique pieces of jewelry they sale but most importantly I love the customer service they provide and their employees who go above and beyond to help each customer and make sure the customers are happy. I have never in my life come across any store/business with such amazing customer service. From the store manager to every single employee, ESPECIALLY Mackenzie, everyone is always smiling and happy to help. They deserve more than just a 5 star review! Truly appreciate you guys. Haley is amazing- so nice and so helpful! She's seems like the most sweetest caring person ever. She had the courtesy to ask about my surgery, which takes a special employee/manager. And I highly recommend this store to everybody!

Paid for something online with expedited delivery because I needed it soon for an upcoming event. 3 days later I call to check what's happening with my order and they tell me it's marked as a possible fraudulent purchase. They then tell me there's nothing they can do but leave it to management.They had absolutely no problem taking the money. It's now a week later and they aren't responding to emails or returning my money.Why you just wouldn't ask for a form of ID or just have not allowed the transaction in the first place if you thought it was fraud I don't know.Absolute scam of a company, would avoid at all cost.

I went into this store on August 29th and ordered a replacement Wilder Ring w/ an engraving. I received the ring w/ no engraving. I called the store back and let them know my issue. It's now been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my ring, but they made sure that I sent back their ring. After talking to the store manager, Hayley, she informed me that the ring was shipped and it "should be there in a couple days". It's been over a week now. In addition, there was no tracking number provided with my order. I let those "couple of days" pass, and after nothing came, decided to call again. I called Wednesday and Thursday of last week to the response, "Hayley is in a meeting and she will call you back today or in the morning." I waited all of Friday, Saturday, and half of Sunday with no call back. I called back last night and am hit with another response "Hayley is not in today but she will call you in the morning" and what do you know? no call back. BUT I was told that Hailey made a note that someone reached out to me through email. Mind you, I sent back THEIR ring no issue. The email they replied back to me showed two things. 1) This location never sent the ring when they said they did & 2) Whoever is on the other end of receiving their ring back has absolutely no clue what is going on with my situation. I take it upon myself to call again today and ask for a manager and again, hit with the same response, "Hayley is in a meeting and will call you back today or in the morning." This has become so ridiculous that I had to call all the way up the ladder and contact Gorjana HQ to receive the ring that I paid with my own money because it's obvious that no one at The Americana location has any intention of helping me out. It is absolutely ridiculous that not only do I have to call back every single day to receive an update on my product, but that when I do call and leave a message, they don't even have the common courtesy to call me back. BUT what they will do is send me a helpless email that gets me no closer to a solution of my issue.Above all else, being told that my ring was shipped and "it should be their in a couple days" when the ring was never shipped AND now I cannot get in contact with anyone to help me is unfathomable. I will say that I have had nothing but great experiences at the Irvine location, but I would recommend everyone to stay as far as possible from this location at all costs because they truly do not care.

My husband bought me the Parker necklace set for Valentine's Day and I loved it . I lost the dog tag necklace while traveling and came in to get a new one because I didn't want him to know I lost it. I was helped by Hayley. I picked out some gifts for my daughters and then asked if they sold the dog tag necklace separately so I could replace it . When she found out why I was purchasing it she told me she could replace it . I started tearing up ! I was so touched. You don't often have such kindness shown by a company. I forgot to write a review at the time but I hope this gets to her. She really made my day and I've purchased many gifts since at this location. With gratitude , Heidi

Brought a ring to check the size. Was told this is not a service they provide. Yet when I spoke to them on the phone they told me they did and had me come in. Huge waste of time and extremely frustrating.

I was shopping around for myself and wasn't looking for anything In particular. I was immediately greeted by staff and helped by a sales associate named Dannay. I told her that I was shopping for myself and might be bothering her to try a few pieces on while comparing prices. She provided such excellent customer service that I didn't feel pressured at all to buy or try anything. She had been so easy going and personable the entire time! She made the experience so enjoyable that I decided to come back and buy a few pieces. If it weren't for her knowledge and enthusiasm in helping, I may have looked elsewhere. If you're ever around, check out their fine jewelry, their pieces are beautiful and reasonably priced! And ask for Dannay, she's wonderful! Thanks again, Dannay. You helped me pick out some beautiful pieces that I'm excited to add to my collection!

I always ordered my Gorjana jewelry from Nordstrom until I was on a trip to Cali with my mom and saw this store while shopping at Americana (we are from Seattle) - omg this store is amazing! We came on a Monday and I had to come back on Friday to get more pieces before going home. Dannay was hands down the best sales associate ever. She was so fun to shop with and was so patient when I tried on different pieces. HIGHLY recommend this store. Will definitely be keeping in touch with Dannay and buy any future Gorjana pieces from her!

That other Arthur K from Pasadena is a dork. Everyone knows this place is top notch, friendly staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The product is awesome as well my girlfriend loves going there, almost every day. You'd think she works there. Anyway love this spot wish I could give em 6 stars
