the location on Pacific Ave. Lost my ring. I have a receipt and Nick has said I did not give it to him. I did, I have the receipt that he handed me. He did not try to make it right because he never loses anything so I must be wrong... rude

Horrible experience. I took a gold item in for a simple repair, and not only did they fail to fix it, they made the damage worse. When I pointed it out, the seller actually got angry and started yelling at me instead of taking responsibility. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just rudeness and hostility.
