H&M has always been hit or miss for me and my fashionista needs. I love to pop in and check out the "sales" rack whenever I find myself near one. The styles are simple but when combined with layers, blazers, accessories and shoes they can create a "wow" factor. Lately I've been getting lucky with my finds!!! H&M does not want people over a certain size range to shop in their stores. They do not carry above a certain size range in store. Online only. The message they are giving to people is only thin people are allowed to shop in store. All you people above a size 10 can go and shop online. Bullsh!t I will never support this store again.

My experience at H&M at Americana was the worst I’ve ever had. I arrived at 2 p.m. on December 13 to return items without a receipt. The system wasn’t functioning for returns without receipts, and it took the manager over 15 minutes to fix the issue. Throughout the wait, neither the manager nor the cashier apologized or acknowledged the delay.When the short Latina cashier, finally arrived, his voice was very impolite and rude. He moved slowly, and after fixing the system, placed my items on the rack at a snail’s pace. No apologies were offered. Upon returning the items, he handed me the receipt and abruptly asked me to move aside to check it. I insisted on taking a few seconds to verify the return, given the lengthy wait, but he became irritated, repeatedly saying goodbye.The cashier acted as if I was asking for something extra, despite the fact that I hadn’t uttered a single word besides stating I needed to return my items without a receipt. Their system, the reason I opened an account, didn’t work as expected, making the experience even more frustrating. This encounter was not only inappropriate but also very rude and disrespectful.

My fave place for so-called “fast fashion,” even though many of the products are made with sustainable materials and are designed to last for longer than a season. Plus you can recycle your clothes here and get a discount for doing so, and you can use it right away to purchase some new finds. ?

Also, your t shirts compare with ones that cost five to ten times. Your staff is intelligent, efficient, and kind. Thanks all!!! And for the amount of inventory, the store always looks pretty good! My brother bought me some sneakers from H&M for my birthday and they started peeling and I went to take them back and the manager said that she’s not able to do anything about it so does that mean that H&M sells defective product and doesn’t stand by their product????

H&M customer service is terrible! They either don't know what they are doing, or just lying to you. I ordered 3 shirts online for same day pick up in store on 8/16/23 before 4 PM and never received a confirmation pick up. Called customer service 8/17/23 in the morning and got the run around. They tried to call the H&M retail store and it seems that no one answers which is totally weird considering you cannot contact an H&M store directly but their customer service. I was given an explanation that the item is being pulled from a warehouse that it takes 24-48 hours to get it to the store. What happened to same day pick up?? My wife tried to call them in the afternoon as I am very frustrated already. She got a hold of customer service and in turn got a hold of someone in the retail location. The explanation from the retail location was " Oh I am just pulling the Men's and Kid's orders today. It should be ready today just wait for the email." Again, what happened to same day pick up? H&M you need to get your act together or at least get your stories all straight up from the get go.

Very poor rating. The worst. Can't even call the store direct to check an item. Eventually it goes thru somewhere in the world , that can't even speak clearly English. Very tough to understand them. They had to call H&M for me in GlenDale,Ca to check on item.They can't give phone # . Against policies. Well I think it's dumb.Won't even shop there anymore. I'm done.. So ridiculous can't call store direct..?????
