The service is bad one of the employees didn't want to do his job because we are Hispanic. When we got there he pretended to act busy. So we had to go to the other cashier 1 star

I got a few different projects going on, I'm redoing a garage door and installing a new bathroom vanity. I cam here for a few things, some things they had, a few things they did not. The service here isn't that great, the people we're thtat helpful. The prices on some of the pieces I got were ok. I found most of the things I wanted, but had to go to a few different places

Was in the area and stopped by on our way home to pick up a garage door opener. I was surprised at how late they were open til (8 or 9pm, I forget) and how "unbusy" it was but that probably had to do with the time of day (early Sunday evening). Found what we were looking for after a bit of a search with the help of an employee. Was able to get in and out with ease. Store was clean and aisles free of clutter.

A shocker here. Employees not only recommend parts and appliances, they actually tell you longevity and walk with you to where they are located and help you find them.Not - “see isle 15”. They walk with you and look until you have what you need.Cinthia shared many details, need for extended warranty, details, contractors feedback… What a refreshing difference from day to day hamster wheelImpressive

There was this young employee by the big saw machine. He cut the boards for me. I would like him to be acknowledged that he deserves.I went into Glendale location(2/7/24 around 5.30pm) to purchase two big wooden boards and asked him to cut into the size that I needed. I could see that he's very adept. Not only cutting the boards. While he was working on my boards, he was also making sure that all customers that passed by, if they're okay. If they're looking for any specific stuff. I don't thing I've ever witnessed any Home Depot employees doing what he was doing to their customers with that amazing manner that I really appreciated to see.

Home Depot is now dead to me. It appears that it's almost completely self-checkout now, and coupled with the fact that the local hardware store can now undercut them on almost everything except sheets of plywood, it's easier and easier to rule this place out.Disappointment, despair, disaster, they have it all. I'm not sure if anybody actually works there, the shelves look like they were stocked by 3 year olds, boxes are regularly pilfered, things are plain old missing, the return line is out the door long, and then when you do finally make it to checkout, you have to contend with the cretins in front of you trying to steal bags of cement and fighting with their cashier. The Glendale store is way easier to swallow, but even they sell the lowest grade lumber priced as though it were the finest in all the land.

HORRIBLE STORE STAY AWAY. Waited 30 minutes for a dmb employee to come help with something and the Manager CARLOS is even dumber Dan anyone in the store I gave him a receipt with the paid item he is asking what is this? How dumb can you be to ask a question when you have a receipt in your hand that shows all the items on it is people are a joke should be fired

Some lights at my mom’s house went out, due to non-dimmable bulbs installed on a newly installed circuit with dimmers. Angie was very nice and patient, helped me find the right type of bulbs, and even took her time to get a ladder to get extra bulbs from a shipping box at the very top shelf level.

Worse service ever ! Employees ignoring you right on your face ! They love chatting among themselves while at work and seems as if we clients as a bother and on top of this ask them a question and rarely know where things are! No love for clients or the job and company they are to represent! Balboa and Roscoe! Saticoy and De Soto St! At this second location I almost had to beg a cashier to help I was ready to pay and both employees had a long face as if they swallowed a Donkey for breakfast! Real pathetic service

Stay away if you're calling in a pro order. 20 min plus wait times or constant transfers and no one answering. Really bad considering very few of your employees know how to do a long form invoice. Pic says 15 min but went on longer, cuts off at 20
