came in to get a suit fitted w/o an appointment. still got accomodated and the gentleman took his time to help me get my measurements. helped me with all the things i need and on some of the stuff that i may have missed. 10/10 recommend.

Booked an online appointment to the store which is in a good location and area. The stores' appearance was contemporary and upscale looking. Importantly, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in the process of selecting the particular suit model and its related options. They effectively communicated with me to understand what I want for the suit. The company has a good system for measuring the jacket and pants to match your fit preferences. The entire process was straightforward and took about 1 hour to complete. Going made to measure for suits is the definitely the way to go as opposed to going off the rack. As far as the suit itself, I'm withholding judgement until I see the finished product when its delivered to me in 2 to 3 weeks. Hopefully, I'll like what I see!

This was my first experience with made-to-measure/custom suiting and Carlos was extremely helpful through the whole process and was able to explain things very clearly, especially during the fitting and choosing measurements. His overall delivery was very down to earth and made what could have been an overwhelming process much more approachable.

I had an excellent experience at the INDOCHINO store at the Glendale Americana thanks to Erik. I had a couple of suits made, and he was professional from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, guided me through all the options, and made me feel confident in my purchase. The fit, the quality, and the service were all outstanding. It was a Thursday night and I was on the hunt for a suit to wear to an event on that following Saturday morning—crazy short notice, basically a two day window. Thankfully, I ended up in the Indochino store at the Americana. Eric was able to help me find one of the few “ready to wear” suits they had available, but there were alterations needed. I foolishly left the store with the hope of finding something elsewhere, but by the next day, I was still empty handed.
The event was less than 24 hours away and I called Eric back at the store. He was able to somehow coordinate with their tailor to ensure that I would be able to come in, buy the suit AND get the alterations all completed by that evening.
I hustled over, bought the suit, got all the adjustments pinned, then picked up the suit that night. Miracle workers over there. Anytime I need a new suit, I’m going to head over and get something custom made. Their service and quality of work is incredible—huge thank you to Eric and the tailor at Indochino in Glendale.
