Overcharged me after agreed on a price and then because i didnt get my receipt i find out they also overcharged me on my bank statement! Never coming back and make sure you only give them cash!

Got a major puncture on my tire on the fabulous 5 freeway during a hot steamy summer day. Exited freeway with no hope on patching my tire or installing spare. Looked nearby tire shop and decided directs tires. I limped over to their shop and was met with the most professional, helpful team. I explained to them my situation and a asked if my tires size was Instock. Tires where Instock the team at direct tire did a complete mount and balance in under 30 minutes. Prices are great, quality is perfect and experience was superb. If you are in the Burbank area and need tires tires visit “direct tire”

I want to leave these guys 5 stars for their accuracy and efficiency. I recently had a flat front right tire and decided to replace both at once on the front axle, it so happened that I was driving past this service and decided to stop by on occasion. I was very pleasantly surprised by the price for buying and replacing two new wheels on the front axle of my Toyota Prius. The guys replaced and balanced two wheels in 10 minutes and I paid $ 150. I can recommend this service

The fair and fast tire place in town. Really helpful and honest.
Was worried about Firestone trying to sell me new tires when all I needed was a patch.
The folks at direct tires saw me right away without an appointment and had me all patched up in under 20 minutes for $25 bucks. Had a nail in my tire.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS BEWARE!!! I came in to buy some tires for my 2018 bmw m4, I asked for the stock tires which are non run flat Michelins. He never told me that he put run flats on the car which I never asked for. He put run flats in the rear and non run flats in the front, anyone who knows anything about tires knows your not suppose to mis match especially on a performance car, he also lied to me about which tires he put on my car, after 6600 miles the tire blew up while i was on the bay bridge, I took the car to a professional tire shop after where they told me whoever put the tires on made a mistake, if anyone knows if I can sue direct tires for this please let me know. Raffi the owner after telling him about the tire exploding did not care and hung up on me. If you value your life and vehicle stay clear of direct tires
