I got the munchie box with the double Jack (no cheese) double curly fries and root beer as a drink. I get my burger with cheese and ended up with a doctor pepper. I don't understand how you can mess up simple instructions. very disappointed

October 2023: Stayed at the Holiday Inn nearby and went for a late night burger here and it was a big mistake. The place is filthy, the staff is rude and is even chewing gum while taking our orders so we could barely understand him. It felt like we were bothering him for being there and buying food from them! The restaurant smells like the washroom. The chicken burger is very greasy!The nearby Taco Bell looks way cleaner and brighter at night.

The manager was very rude to my mom and I, we were asking for the combo 22 in the drive thru and we couldn’t hear her very well, and when we tried asking her to repeat her self she said is that all in a hostile voice while we were trying to give her our order yet all she said was okay go to the widow and when we got there she was giving us an attitude when I asked her if she put the combo and she’s said that she asked and that we never responded which we did and we kept telling her at the window okay can you give us the combo but kept giving us attitude and she raised her voice which my mom didn’t like and that when my mom told her that she need to be nice and respect the customers and when my mom said that she started says that well it’s the customers fault for not ordering correctly because she can’t order for us and my mom said no it isn’t because we tried ordering it correctly but you didn’t let us because you were getting upset that we couldn’t hear you through the drive thru. Then my mom asked if she was the manager and she said yes in a manner that said yes what are you gonna do about it? Type of voice and my mom was like oh okay no wonder. And the lady told us okay thank you and didn’t even give us our food or anything.

Horrible service I went in on my 30 minute break asked for a jumbo Jack no cheese when I went back to work it had cheese and no onion when I went back I said you guys put cheese and no onion the lady said well we don't have onion . Hmm why didn't you say that when I ordered it very unprofessional and when the asked me what I wanted instead I said a crispy chicken sandwich the just gave me a chicken sandwich with only lettuce omg not going back again

I went there yesterday and got a couple things and now I'm experiencing the worst food poisoning of my life. I got their grilled chicken and it felt a bit raw and now it's killing me. Do NOT go there, I do not recommend it.
