This place needs to learn how to interact with their customers. When help is needed they scold you like you’re a 5 year old child. The older man European man that workers there is absolutely ridiculous and acts like he is constantly being inconvenienced when asked for help. I will never go back here after my experience today. We are not your children we are customers and should be spoken to like adults.

I have been coming here for years. The manager is such a friendly person. He knows most of the customers including me, by name. I go early in the morning and he is always cleaning and sanitizing the facility including all the machines. They have plenty of washers and dryers so you can do as many loads as you want at the same time. Convenient parking too. Highly recommend.

It's clean the machines work well, but the manager is so annoying and mean. One time a homeless man entered and the manager got mad at him for no reason, then he threw the cup of soda that the homeless man was drinking onto the floor and made the homeless man to clean it up and then kicked him out and pretended like nothing happened.

I've lived in the area over 10 years and like other reviews I've seen management change a couple times. I used to love coming to wash here but this new "manager" or person who cleans or watches this establishment is very rude and watches your EVERY move. I will admit he probably takes pride in the upkeep and care for the units - but every time I come with my daughter or kids to have help - he complains about slamming doors or watches what I put into each load. For instance today I brought pillows, grabbed them so that they weren't in the way and continued on the other side of the aisle to load reds and blues. He was quick to say "those pillows cannot be washed in these , you have to put them in the bigger washer!" I had to kindly wait until he finished his command and say very calmly "I have a load over there already, I brought these with me so they weren't in the way" to which he replied " ok " very monotone. Like let me finish loading my clothes before you start barking at me!? I am a woman of mixed race as well as my kids. White, Hispanic and Asian, the manager is Armenian who had no problem speaking to another patron in Armenian and was very friendly with her. I would say this man clearly has a problem with me as I am not the same race. It's no coincidence that every other time I'd come here there were NO issues and whenever I come now ; he magically appears and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. Safe to say after todays nonsense ; I will be finding another place to take my money.

First time here and the person working early this Sunday morning was incredibly kind and helpful. The last time I was at a laundromat was in Chicago- let's just say this experience was completely different. We went early and it was so clean! Only one other customer there so most washers/dryers were available. The person working was helpful in suggesting which washers/dryers to use, and how much laundry to put in the dryers for fast drying. And when I mistakenly put in extra quarters in a dryer he went and gave me two extra quarters. Just all around kind. Will definitely come back!

I've been going to this laundromat for about 3 years. I go very early in the morning when the manager is there.The place is immaculately clean which is no wonder as he works hard at it. Daily he vacuums the lint out of all the driers, as well as some of the washers where soap powder has been to used instead of liquid. He checks all the washers for lost items that can become stuck between the door and the rubber. He cleans all of the machines, and at least once a week I've seen him wash the windows.He does advise which machine is best to use because some are meant for heavy items while top loaders are not. He can be a bit forceful at times if you aren't listening, but he means well.Most importantly the place is immaculate, and the prices are similar to other places in the area.

I rarely come here, but every time I do the owner seems to be extremely rude and watches my every move. I was only 5 minutes late and he starts complaining that my wash was done. Then I happened to leave the soap lid open and he complained about that. Additionally my cart accidentally hit the dryer door and he tells me not to slam it. Like damn what else am I doing wrong? Not sure if he's miserable with his life, but I really do nothing but mind my own business. Not to mention one time I came here he started being creepy & hitting on my mother. I really never leave bad reviews - you can check my page. But this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I did nothing wrong to deserve this kind of disrespect. He told me he closes at 7 and to come back right when it's done. It's 5 o'clock right now... it doesn't take 2 hours to dry. Not to mention THERE IS NO ONE HERE. I truly wish this guy finds some peace because he seems to hate his life & hate working at a laundromat. Not my problem! Anyways, I'll make sure to never come back here & I will spread the word. He's extremely lucky I didn't have the energy to talk back. Instead I'll leave this review here and hope more people can realize a rude owner like this one should learn some better customer service skills. With this kind of attitude your laundromat will be EMPTY!

I've lived in this area long enough that I've seen ownership of this facility change hands several times over the years. This new owner by far is the worst. Extremely pushy, insists that I only use certain washers, got weird when I asked about using a top loader, and is always watching. Also it's ridiculously expensive to wash here now. Shame, really. I did enjoy the fact that it wasn't a claustrophobic mat like some mats here in the Crescenta Valley.

My favorite laundromat!! It's always clean and the machines are big and working well. They have reasonable prices and also have a drop off and pick up/ delivery service. AND the laundromat is very nice inside painted in a beautiful blue ! Love it !

I have been coming to this place for the last several years when I need to take care of larger loads of laundry at once. Not only is the neighborhood safe, making me feel secure at all times of the day, I have been able to make connections with the surrounding businesses, as they seem to look out for each other and support one another! What I admire most about Kings Laundry Service is their kindness and their ability to resolve any issue in a very timely manner. Mr. King, the owner, is so helpful, respectful and kind to all who step foot into this establishment.

One of the cleanest, neatest, and best customer service laundromats in the area. All of the machines are clean and amazing quality of wash.I recommend this for anyone in the area!

This is the cleanest laundromat anywhere! I hate doing laundry and put it off for every other week, but I look forward to going there. Why? It is immaculately clean, and Franco who manages it makes sure that everything you need to complete your laundry is available. Very few broken machines; no bugs anywhere and the people who frequent this laundromat are also very nice.
